1. This agreement constitutes an order for a wedding photographer on June 22, 2012. This includes the taking of

ceremony and reception as agreed upon to by both parties: Nick Lott of Lott Photos and Melanie Soto. It is

understood that any and all printing rights to the photographs be given to Melanie Soto, but Lott Photos retains

the full copywrite to be used for advertising, display or any other purpose thought proper of Lott Photos.

2. If Lott Photos cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or

nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to both Photographer's illness or injury,

then Lott Photos will return all fees to Melanie Soto. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that

photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise

lost or damaged without fault on the part of Lott Photos.

3. The service fee for the wedding is $700, and includes the wedding ceremony and reception, The wedding

includes roughly 6 hours, one photographers, 300+ full resolution images all of which are enhanced and put on a

CD. The files will be in JPG format and will be delivered to Melanie Soto within 5-6 weeks after the wedding. The

images will also be placed on an online gallery where prints and specialty products may be purchased. A $400 non-

refundable deposit is due at the signing of the contract with the balance of $300 to be paid approximately 4 weeks

before the wedding.

Both parties have read this agreement, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a complete copy of the

agreement signed by both parties.
