Here at the Eagle Lodge we have three main function suites, each unique in design and style. We can accommodate any party size from 20 to 200 for any occasion.

ANTONINE GRAND BALLROOMOur grand ball room is a space of contemporary grandeur and elegance and provides the perfect back drop for any wedding celebrations for up to 200 people.

EYRIE SUITEIndulge in substance and revel in style. The Eyrie suite is very well equipped and boasts fully en-suite facilities. Comfortably holds up to 100 people.

THE ROTUNDAIdeal for intimate celebrations and completely private. The Rotunda with its unique circular design can comfortably hold around 30 people.

We also boast a beautifully designed and tastefully decorated Boardroom on the ground floor. This Premier Suite has a solid oak boardroom table with a very personal finish portraying snaps of Glasgow in days gone by, making it perfect for an intimate wedding meal for up to 26 people. Table service is provided.

Our terrace is accessible from the first floor. This provides an outside area, with heating and cover from a retractable electric awning,in which guests can relax in the open air.

For holding your ceremony within Eagle Lodge there will be a charge of £250.00. Room hire for the ceremony will be as follows: Rotunda £200 Eyrie£300 Antonine£400.

Wedding Meals:Minimum numbers: Eyrie Suite Day 60 / Evening 70Minimum numbers: Antonine Suite Day 80 / Evening 120

If numbers are lower than Minimum there will be a room hire charge: Eyrie £300.00 Antonine £1000.00

We can offer exclusive use of our 1st Floor - This would need to be discussed with the Wedding Co-ordinator and itemised in the final invoice.

There is a discounted rate for Sunday-Thursday Weddings. This excludes all bank & public holidays. There is no discounted rate over the festive period from beginning December until 5th January. This is deducted from your total invoice. Numbers must reach the minimum for chosen Suite. There is no discount on Drinks Packages.

Buffet: All evening buffets must be taken for 90% of total numbers.

Payment Structure:An enquiry can be diarised for 14 days. After this date a deposit of £500 must be paid to confirm the booking. An appointment is then required to go over full details for your wedding day, then an invoice will be issued showing full costs for your Wedding Day. Six months prior to your wedding a payment of £1000.00 must be paid towards your balance due. Thereafter 2 split payments, one 8 weeks before and the final payment 4 weeks before. At this stage an appointment should be made o finalise all details. We can accept changes regarding numbers for your wedding meal up to 7 days before, where a refund will be given.

All Wedding packages must include a drinks package.

For Bride and Groom who choose one of our Premier Wedding Packages we will include chair cover hire & nearest matching sash hire, for day guests only, free of charge. This applies when choosing Wedding Menu 5 and Buffet 5 upwards along with Drinks Package 4.

We offer Chair Cover Hire & nearest matching sash hire for your wedding day. It is £3.50 per cover & sash. We iron and fit all the covers ourselves to ensure a high quality finish. If you wish black chair covers/sash hire we charge £5.50 per cover & sash. Black table linen is charged at £10 per table.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid arenon-refundable and non-transferrable.
