VIEWING ONLINE CONFERENCES - IS MY COMPUTER COMPATIBLE?
When you register for the conference we test your computer for viewing compatibility –you should see one of these two screens.
If you saw this second screen, you need to download the free Flash player, or yourcomputer won’t be able to play the webinar broadcasts. If you haven’t done it yet youshould do it now and then test your computer again by clicking on the Registration button.

If you saw this first screen you are ready to view presentations when they are shown.

VIEWING ONLINE CONFERENCES - DAY 1 LIVE BROADCAST
Once you have registered for an Online Conference and paid, all you need to do is login to the Members area > Select My Conferences and then go to the Online Conferencelisting.
On the day of the LIVE Broadcast you will see this icon. Click on it to go to theviewing screen.
The conference will be available to view LIVE from 15 minutes before the first scheduledpresentation. If you try clicking on the icon before then you will get a message explainingthe conference is not yet available.
After each day’s presentations you will get a message that the conference has concludedfor the day.

VIEWING ONLINE CONFERENCES - DAY 2 LIVE BROADCAST AND RECORDINGS FROM DAY 1
When you login on the second day you will see two icons, red and blue.
Click the red LIVE icon to view the LIVE broadcast for that day.
Click on the DAY 1 blue icon to review the first day’s presentations.
This process is repeated for each day of the online conference.

VIEWING ONLINE CONFERENCES - POST CONFERENCE
When the Live broadcasts are over and you login, you will see blue icons for each day ofthe online conference..
Click on DAY 1 or DAY 2 to review the presentations from that day.
You can review as many times as you want up until the final viewing date.
If you login before the ‘Post Conference’ viewing is available you will see a messageadvising that it is not yet available.

A list of all availablepresentations for the daywill be displayed in thiscolumn.
Select the presentationyou want to view it. Youcan watch recordedpresentations in anyorder and as often asyou like. Up until the finaldate.
