Objectives of the Division:The objective of the Office of CEO is to provide high level, effective and efficient support to the CEO; and Corporate department; and Divisions.The primary objective of the Marketing Department is to position MEGT as a preferred provider of employment, training, education and workforce skills.
Objectives of the Position:To create, execute and maintain the MEGT Brand working alongside existing graphic designer.To provide services, marketing and digital brand creative which allows for the promotion of all the divisions of MEGT.
Relationships:Reporting to: Graphic DesignerWorking closely with: Graphic Designer and all members of the Marketing teamExternal stakeholders:

Selection Criteria: Ability to work within a team environment from creative brief through to production. Confidence in presenting and explaining concepts in a team based environment. Experience working within an inhouse team with proven ability to evolve and implement a brand
within existing corporate style guidelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes: Professional level skills in Adobe CC. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience in a production based studio environment. Intermediate level photo retouching skills. Ability to create Microsoft word and powerpoint templates Experience in web design and animation Excellent attention to detail

Junior Graphic Designer
MEGT Position Description – CEO Marketing/Junior Graphic Designer
Duties and Responsibilities:While this role predominantly involves graphic design, as a member of the Marketing Department, the Graphic Designer will also assist with other duties as and when required. These include but are not exclusive to:
1. Share workload and duties with other marketing department team members in order to provide
a high quality customer service to MEGT staff and managers and outside stakeholders.
2. using Graphic Design skills and expertise in design programs, design and preparation of
MEGT promotional and stationery collateral across all required media platforms within brand
guidelines
3. Design and prepare templates within the MS Office suite, i.e. Word, Powerpoint, etc. within
brand guidelines
4. work within the job bag system, tracking and archiving all material within the system
5. provide a positive customer service experience to internal customers
6. assist with administrative duties as and when requested
7. work alongside other marketing department team members
8. follow the Marketing Department quality assurance procedures and workflows to ensure no
material is delivered to stakeholders that has not been checked and approved as complying
with a high level of quality and within brand guidelines
9. Ensure all projects you have worked on are delivered to a high standard, on time and within
budget.
(Note: The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties not specifically mentioned in this document, but within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this level.)
