Sketch Up Project: Children’s Playground

As young designers your task for this project is to design a children’s playground in Sketch Up. Your teacher has given you a playground pad, which you will use in order to complete this task.

Requirements:

1. Children’s Playground must be no larger than given space2. Playground must be safe for children3. Playground must include:

a. Slideb. “House” areac. Multiple laddersd. Jungle Gyme. Seesaw f. Pirate Ship Play house must be inserted!

4. All materials must be accurately shown. 5. Add parent viewing area6. 100 word minimum reflection answering the following questions:

a. Explain the safety precautions you included for children.b. Briefly explain why you chose to include the items you includedc. What could you do better next time if you had the opportunity?
