As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his digital radio network.

This is now our 46th broadcast and have now been broadcasting for well over a year - which is very exciting - and we would like to welcome any new listeners to the show and also extend a very warm welcome back all our regular listeners as well.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews with people such as Darryl O'Brian from CLRG, Larry Hannigan, David Woods, John Vico and a number of others. We also cover things like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity. We also deal with the strawman concept, as well as the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously covered.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still don't see that 9/11 or 7/7 were inside jobs or those that still don’t realise the fraud that is perpetrated by the banking elite every day.

And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices and helping to set things right again.

I want to quickly cover some important private foundation information. I have spoken a number of times over the past few months about private foundations, about other groups who are charging ridiculous amounts to set them up and even a particular group that is being investigated by the ATO after charging people an additional $750 to supposedly "fix" the paperwork that they didn't get right the first time around and, in fact, still haven't sorted out since releasing their purported "update".

I also mentioned last week that I had struck a deal with the Operate in the Private guys to be their "go to guy" and answer questions for people and share my past 4 years of experience running various foundations with people. Well, that turned out to be a lot more work that I was expecting and it seems as though people are quite interested in private foundation but they just can't find the information that they are after anywhere.

One of the other issues that the Operate in the Private guys have experienced is that they are still being bombarded with questions, despite only offering a basic, extremely discounted service that is less than even half of what other groups are charging to set up their foundations.

And, even worse than that, a number of people I have spoken to - to help answer their questions for them - are of the belief that, because they charge less than half of what these other groups charge, they must, somehow, be providing half the service or information or their paperwork mustn't be as good as other groups. All of which is, of course, completely incorrect.

So, we have had a few phone conferences over the past week and they will be significantly altering their private foundation model to give people more of what they want, to ensure that people get more from Operate in the Private than they can get from any other group and, to ensure that the Operate in the Private guys are properly rewarded for all the work that they do.

Now, the guys are still putting the finishing touches to how they are going to structure all of this but the essence of it is that they are going to offer a basic private foundation set up service, which is still only half the price of what other groups are charging but includes more detailed information and paperwork than what any other group is providing.

In addition to that, they will also be offering a more advanced service that provides both pre and post set up support so you can ask any questions you may have before you choose to set up a private foundation, as well as ask any questions you may have about the correct way to conduct a private foundation - if you decide that structure is right for you - after it has been set up for you.

The Operate in the Private guys believe - and I tend to agree - that this is the fairest way to give people exactly what they want for the best possible price and still allow them the ability to focus their time on their other core work but still give exceptional value and service to people who want to unplug from the system and start operating in the private rather than in the public.

So, we will get back to you with the exact details of the new business model and the prices as soon as they come to hand but please be warned that their prices will increase somewhat from the ridiculously low $950 that they currently charge so, if you want to take advantage of those prices, while they last, then you will need to get in quickly. Over the last few weeks, I have mentioned, now that things have settled down a bit with our little boy, that we are ready to get well and truly back into the swing of things again, which means that we are now ready to book in our next round of full day Know Your Rights seminars.

I had also mentioned that we were looking at conducting our advanced seminars as well but, unfortunately, the response we received from the general public for those was extremely underwhelming so, as I warned everyone on last week's show, they have now been put on hold indefinitely and we will look at them again later in the year.

On a positive note, however, I e-mailed everyone in QLD and NSW who had registered an interest in us conducting a seminar in those States and, thankfully, we have had enough feedback to make it worthwhile booking those seminars.

So, I can now confirm that our Brisbane seminar will now be held on Saturday, the 22nd of August - which is only one month away - and our Sydney seminar will be held on Saturday, the 5th of September, just two weeks after the Brisbane event.

The Brisbane event will almost certainly be held in or around the Moorooka area, as it was earlier in the year. We are just awaiting confirmation that the hall is available again or whether there is a better venue available. We will confirm the exact venue in the next day or so. In regards to the Sydney event, the majority of people have agreed that the previous venue, in Manly, would suit them but, a number of people have also requested a venue in the Parramatta area. Obviously, the two areas are a fair way from each other so we really need people to get back to us with their ideas for venues ASAP so we can make a final decision and lock something in - which we hope to do before next week's show.

In any event, those are the dates that we will be conducting the seminars and, as soon as the venues are confirmed, those dates will be locked in 100%. We have now implemented some new ticket options, as we have had a number of people e-mail us who have attended before and want to attend again as a refresher and to get their heads around some of the information and strategies that they felt was a little more advanced the first time around. So, if you go to our Seminars page - www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/seminar - you will find a drop down menu that has both the Brisbane and Sydney seminars and then, below those, are two more drop down options, which are for previous attendees.

So just a reminder that anyone who has attended one of our seminars previously is entitled to a full 50% discount but that will obviously be checked against previous records so if you could confirm which seminar you previously attended if you choose that option, that will make our job a lot easier.

We would also like to remind everyone that we are encouraging as many young people as possible to attend and, as a way to achieve that, we are giving away a free under 18 admission with every paying adult. So, if you have kids, especially teenagers, that you would like to introduce to our information then please feel free to bring them along at no charge. And, on that note, just a very quick reminder that walk ups on the day will not be permitted so you must book your tickets prior to the event so best to get in early and do that now.

We also need to continue researching for our shows and so that we can also update our website with the latest, cutting edge information and strategies for learning about and standing up for your rights.

Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the Know Your Rights show and we will be doing more research and hopefully talking to some new people about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8 and 10pm and, if you can't listen in live for some reason, be sure to check for our podcasts which will now be uploaded each week so you can listen in to all your favourite parts of the show.

As I have said many times before, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. We have to research the content and put it all together in a format that flows and makes sense. We do this in addition to trying it upload new information to our website each week or so and, as anyone who is involved in web design knows, there is a fair bit of work involved in setting up and constantly updating a website - writing the content, uploading that, constantly making little changes here and there etc. and this all costs time and money.

Hey guys I was on a payment plan with good old civic compliance and missed a payment. So I wrote them a letter on the paper work they supplied to do that requesting that they give me another payment plan and they wrote back saying I was denied. No reason why ,nothing. They also say in that letter that I have to pay the fines now or they will turn to warrants so I write back saying if I had the money to pay them now I wouldn't want a payment plan . Now I am getting Text messages on my phone saying they will not re-register my car . Does anyone know if this is true can they do that. Just after some good advice. Regards Dave

Warren Did a little research the other day and found out that our Birth Certificate is a bond. Our mother's unknowingly and uninformed sign our birth certificates and that has the effect of actually pledging her new born child to the Government Corporation of the state you are born in. For example, if you are born in Queensland, you are owned by the QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT, Australian Business Number 75 818 456 675. To the best of my understanding, we humans, via our birth certificate, are collateral for our state and country. In America, a country that went bankrupt in 1933, birth certificates are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and each birth certificate is worth literally millions if not Billions of dollars. Americans can claim all the money that their birth certificate is worth. I am finding it difficult to find out if the same applies to Australian birth certificates. The process of finding out the worth of your birth certificate, in America at least, is as simple as calling a broker, quoting your birth cert. number and social security number, and they should be able to tell you. I do not know the consequence of claiming the value of your birth certificate. All this has something to do with straw man. Do a little research and see who owns you!

GlenI have a sign on my van stating "question authority" and I recently came to the attention of a young policy enforcer who alleged I wasn't wearing my seat belt (even though I have tinted windows and I was wearing dark clothes). He followed me from out of the car park at the local pub and must have thought I had been drinking which a breath test proved otherwise and when I stood up questioning how he believed I wasn't wearing a seat belt when I had just taken it off, he goes" you need to respect my authority, your sign shows you don't respect authority"I told him " Did your mother ever tell you to respect her?""Yes but this isn't about her...it's about you"I said" You need to respect your elders and I've done nothing wrong. Am I under arrest or free to go?"He took my name and wrote it in a notepad along with the registration plate number but let me go. Pays to know your STUFF.

I have been thinking how the strawman and birth certificate enslaves us to a "Master" (Government ) We get " benefits" but at what cost?I liken it to selling your soul to the devil in exchange for something like wealth or power but ultimately you end up in hell.Our hell because of the “uninformed deal” our parents unwittingly made with the Government, has cost us dearly....restrictions, prohibitions, legislation to control our freedom and many are blind to this wide awake nightmare which some will never wake from.Maybe I have gone overboard on the analogy, but I do feel strongly about this.

The End of Private Gold Ownership in Europe and is Australia NEXT .. ??

I usually relegate these stories to the, is there any "Gold in Fort Knox" category and I have never been a Gold Buff either, but with everything that we have been seeing happening within the Banking System, who really knows what the truth is any longer...!!

Hey guys got done for apparently doing 89 in a 60 zone on a radar gun + fog lights, which was totally wrong I'm going to take it to court anyone be able to tell me how I can access the footage on the police vehicle which the officer also pushed me, cheers guys.

Hello all. I have a few things I'd like to mention.Today I was in court dealing with a fine. Alleged 26km over the limit.I used a lot of the information provided in the booklet to have the charge lowered, however, the letters for the 3 step process do not work. 1) The prosecutor will state that the 3 letters are Internet based letters or templates and will not administer them into evidence.2) Even if sent via registered post, the receiver can state they did not receive them.3) The judge agreed that they cannot be used in evidence.

I would advise drastically editing the letters to be one of a kind. I formatted my letters as such and they were still not accepted.

The rest of the info works great. But use it at your own risk

Hello, just received a speeding fine. 5 k's over in Victoria. Do they have to supply evidence, a photo? Got the fine today and have 7 days to pay it. Is that right. I was under the impression i had 28.Thank you
