My Fitness Bingo Card

First Week- 1/24-1/30

1. No soda or energy drinks for a week.2. Less than three hours of non academic screen time one day of the week.3.  Logged my food intake for one week.4. Fill in your own Idea- Take out the trash every day of the week.5. Fixed my lunch every day of the week.Completed Bingo for the first time. Logged Food Intake for one week (Typed Sheet Attached.)Second Week-1/31-2/6

1. Write and Send a Letter to someone telling them how much you appreciate them. I sent a letter to my mom and she read it when she came home from work. This meant so much to her and it actually even made her tear up. I thought this was such a great thing to add on a bingo card. I really believe that happiness is a really important part of being healthy.2.Worked Out at American Family Fitness 2 times in one Week.*I worked out on 2/1 at American Family.  I took two Group X -Butts/Guts Class and Centergy Yoga and I also ran with my little guy around the track  (Pictures attached)*I worked out on 2/3 at American Family. I took two Group X classes (Core and Barre) (Picture Attached)3. Ate 4-5 Servings of veggies a day. When I planned my meals for the week I made sure to include veggies in my eating plan. I made sure to include them in my fruit smoothies and also in my breakfast sandwiches and snacks.4. Park further away than normal for one week. Every day I had class (3 days a week) I parked a mile away from the University. Whenever I took my son to the grocery store, or any other play activities we parked further so we could walk more.  My little guy also really enjoyed walking more.5. Fixed my lunch every day this week (Included in the food log)Third Week- 2/7- 2/14

1.  Plan your meals for the week. (I have the food log attached- shows the meals that I prepped.) 2.  Less than three non academic screen time in one week.3. No alcohol or tobacco for 5 of the 7 days of the week. 4. Eat breakfast everyday for the week. (This is also shown in my food log)5. Leave your cell phone in another room when you go to bed across the room. (This was super hard for me. I'm definitely attached to my phone!)
