Exhibition proposal and planning

The expectation I want to archive and would like to archive is, a confidant performance of my work, I expect the exhibition to be full of interesting and manful art. I expect the exhibition to thrive with positive comments and feedback, not just on my work but others. I would like my work to make and help make an impacted for the exhibition and, I hope the exhibition to promote my work.

. specialist assistant/ Equipment

To show mw work I would need to use Equipment, such a projectors and large canvases to project my work upon.

I would like to make the canvases out of pine wood, that will be made into a large frame and then wrapped with canvas fabric, as the canvases will by a large size, I will need assistants with the making progress also I will need assistants to mount and to support the canvases as I want to be able to hang them from the ceiling.

I will loan the projectors from the university, I will book the projectors in advance, so they are saved for me and I am prepared. I will need help with the positions on the projectors will be placed.

. type of space

The type of space I am aiming for is a large four wall shaped room that has dim lighting so I the projectors can show a clearer image. I would like to be able to hang the three canvases that are a large scale, on three walls, I would like to do this to give the arear more of an open space and a feel of room. I would like to paint the walls and space in white to give it a clean look and fresh touch. On the fourth wall I would like to show a series of photographs laid out in a line.

The photographs will be a six photograph line up that will be printed on a shiny glazed card that I would have printed in the print studio that is on the university campus, the photographs will be framed with a white frame and the photographs will have a spot light on them and the room will be dark.

For the floor I would like it to be a clearer and clean, so the viewers can walk around freely, to do this nothing need to be on the floor. I want to be able to hang the projectors to the ceiling, I would like to hang the projectors by a mount that will be attach and mounted to the ceiling. I would like the projectors to be safe and to be able to be controlled by a remote, as they would be hanging from the ceiling and up high. The canvases will be hanged up with a strong wire, that will be mounted to the ceiling or a supporting beam. I would like the wire to be invisible as possible and look like the canvases are floating.

£50- £150 or more

The will very due to what I need and what I am able to do, I have picked the £50 as the lowest as I hope that I can reuse some canvases or other Equipment that has been used before in other exhibition. I have chosen the £150 or more as my highest because I might be unable to recycle and reuse some of the items I need and also, I might have to buy the mount to be able to mount the projectors on the ceiling. If I am unable to do what I would like to do, I will change my plan and prices.
