Dear Parent, Our school is taking part in the Surrey Primary Schools Recycle it Right Challenge (2 nd March-27 th April 2020). The Challenge sees Surrey primary schools competing against each other to learn about recycling right, with the winning schools awarded some fantastic prizes. We would like your help to beat other schools in the county and win the Challenge! How does it work? 1. Your child will have been given unique login details to the Challenge website . Once they login, they just need to complete the quiz! 2. At the end of the quiz, your family will be invited to pledge to ‘recycle right’. You can check what can be recycled in Surrey using the Surrey Recycles search tool and phone app. Families that pledge with an email address will be entered into a prize draw to win exciting prizes including Odeon limitless membership, Wastebuster Top Trumps, Green Science Kits and Captain Busta plushy mascots made from recycled plastic bottles. If our school has the highest percentage of pupils who complete the quiz or the highest percentage of families who pledge to recycle right at home, we will win the Challenge and an exciting, live assembly with intergalactic eco-superheroes, Captain Busta and friends! See their adventures on Wastebuster.co.uk. The Recycle it Right Challenge is a great way for your child to feel they can take action to help protect the environment! We hope you enjoy taking part. Please ensure your child completes the Challenge by [ ]. Many thanks, PARENT MAIL
