Study Abroad during Spring Break includes:

Air tickets, transportation, entrance to museums, and 9 nights at a 4-star hotel (Breakfast and Wi-Fi included).

Study Abroad activities include:

Explore important places full of history such as the Larco, the Lima Art, and the Huaca Pucllana museums as well as the Santo Domingo Monastery.

Travel by plane to the city of Cusco and visit the “Centro Histórico de Cusco” & the “Ruinas Saycsayhuaman” and the Planeterra Women Weaving project.

Train ride to visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World “Machu Picchu” Educational tours to Perú landmarks like the Historic Center of Lima, the Monastery’s Franciscan, the

cities of Miraflores, Barranco and more. Cultural events, Peruvian cuisine, and a farewell dinner.

***YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A SPANISH MAJOR/MINOR OR SPEAK SPANISH TO TAKE THIS COURSE****Students must register, in SPN 3510, and pay for the Study Abroad-Perú 2019 trip, to gain three credit hours for either University General Elective or Spanish Elective if you are in any of the Spanish Programs (Major/Concentration/Minor).
