What is your Learning Task/Assignment for the week? (What are you going to do in the week)
Criteria Working on:
I will be compiling 3 ideas for my extended project
How do you plan to achieve this? (SMART Targets)I plan to achieve this by thinking about my strongest skills and answer questions about every idea.
Problems/situations you encountered this week and how you resolved themProblem ResolutionI had a hard time coming up with ideas that I would enjoy doing.
I thought back to my strongest points earlier in the year
Learner Progress TrackerReflection on the work you have produced this weekOn reflection I think my three ideas were suited to me but I was mainly focused on one idea, and that was a GameMaker project.

This week I will gather all the information that is required for my project. Equipment, job roles, where I fit in the industry, copyright and legal requirements, health and safety, and my target audience.
How do you plan to achieve this? (SMART Targets)I plan to do this by creating a shopping list of sorts of all the equipment I need, creating a risk assessment, researching legal and ethical forms, researching my target audience using demographic and psychometric data and creating a piktochart of where I fit in the industry.
Problems/situations you encountered this week and how you resolved themProblem ResolutionI found it hard finding my target audience demographic data.
Looking at different websites to find out information about it.
Learner Progress TrackerReflection on the work you have produced this weekThis week I produced all the work to start to build my project together, some of it was hard like the target audience data but the rest was fairly straight forward.

In this week I will be planning my primary research and undertaking it
How do you plan to achieve this? (SMART Targets)I plan to undertake my primary research by doing experimentation on game mechanics In GameMaker and creating a survey which I will hand out to people.
Problems/situations you encountered this week and how you resolved themProblem ResolutionA few people did not take my survey seriously.
I ignored their data for that question and wrote why.
Learner Progress TrackerReflection on the work you have produced this weekThis week’s work was very helpful to my project as it gave me much information on how to create mechanics in GameMaker and what people want in my prototype.
