Grade 1 -3 ArtIn term one we learnt about line, colours and patterns.

This term we are going to learn about shapes and shadows.

Shapes:

Find different shapes in your house. Write down what the object is and then draw it. You must find the following shapes:

Shadow:

Create a shadow drawing if it is a sunny day. You will need paper, something to write with and toys. Place the toys on the paper that they make a shadow, trace the shadow. You can colour the shadow in using your pencil, you can use a tissue to make the shadow appear soft or you can give your object a pattern or detail.

Now draw the pigeon (We will use lines and shapes to draw the pigeon). You will need these supplies: Paper, pencil and something to colour with.
