Please follow these tips:
FAMILY GROUPS AND ARTICLES
Super family groups "Beverages", "Meals" and "Misc." are hard coded into the system. You can add as many family groups to these super categories as you need to.
Please keep in mind that article names can be no longer than a maximum of 25 characters! Use the official brand names to name your drinks – e.g. “Coca Cola 0,2” or “Budweiser 0,33”. PLUs (article IDs) are optional, you can skip them if you don't have any. 0,1, and 2 cannot be assigned. Add the appropriate VAT in columns 3 and 4.
ORDER FLOWS
You also need family groups for the articles that you want to call up for an order flow. The name of these family groups must contain the name of the article(s) that trigger the order flow (here in
green) Please also let us know whether it is an optional or a mandatory order flow (here in red). You can learn more about optional and mandatory order flows here:

MONEY VOUCHERS
When you email us your finished menu card, please let us know if you offer money vouchers to your customers. We will create them for you in the system and explain to you how to use them
