Introduction
Ever since I can remember, I have always been interested in two things, ‘Business and empowering others’, which leads me to one of the world’s most meaningful quotes ‘’Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate but that we are powerful beyond measure’’. It is my belief that every able person, let alone an organization, can contribute to society and the world through the talents we have. It is every able person’s responsibility to encourage not only themselves, but also the people around them and within the work place; to help themselves by helping others. Once we realize that our fate depends on others as well, we then can not only alleviate poverty, but develop the world and everyone in it. We are one and we can do this, it’s only a matter of everyone realizing that we can and believing in themselves.
