We have a Vision…

For years we have been searching for a unique place in the world to create a Centre or Organization for Heart Connection and Personal Development through conscious re-sourcement. A place in nature where people of all layers of our society can meet and re-member themselves on deeper levels, through retreats & workshops, rituals & ceremonies, dialogue, healings & coachings, incentives & gatherings.

A domain in Nature where indigenous and contemporary rituals and ceremonies worldwide, can inspire younger people and adults on their life path, reaching out keys in personal development to live as genuine, authentic men or women, living and realizing their true mission in the world.

A centre with attention for sustainable proyects, for living in community, connected with local communities and with the social-ecological and economical environment.

We found a wonderful place in nature in Aljezur, Portugal (p.6) and could still need financial support for the start-up of this centre.

Foundations

Being worldwide travellers, we lived, worked and experienced other cultures on very deep levels, being able to dive into the key wisdom of indigenous cultures. Through many rituals, ceremonies, healings and sharings, we came to understand that our contemporary society lacks gateways and tools to real and authentic transformation and change of people who are in the need of it.

The book Corporate Tribe of Danielle Braun and Jitske Kramer (corporate antropology) resonates with our mision and is an important source of inspiration. Considering organisations and ventures as tribes, structures and systems of relations, leaders as chiefs who transmit wisdom and who are the ones living withing their tribes, connecting people and believes, sharing indispensable information that really matters to their community. Totem poles are the anchors on which to rely on, to focus on. Activities are the rituals, the ceremonies, the healing work and all which is created to be able to respectful maintain or restore the order within a community or a tribe.

The authors of the book observe the understream of organisations, the real inspiration, the real source, beliefs and values of what radiates towards the outer world. In this source lies so much knowledge and wisdom for transformation.

Throughout our own experiences worldwide, we believe this understream wisdom is a source for healing, not only for organizations but also for people individually in their personal development & on their heart-paths to become genuine, authentic human beings.

Our individual contemporary society is often to much focused on pressure, manipulation and a goal oriented – is has to happen now - mentality. It often lacks the tools to real healing and real change from within. Many people suffer burn outs or conform themselves with 9 to 5 jobs in which they are not happy and actually do not feel themselves fulfilled at all, with heavy processes of illness, burn outs or fysical, emotional & mental consequences. Our market is overcrowded with therapist and coaches, but it seems that it is hard to separate the weed from the chaff … Through years and years of guiding groups and coaching people, we notice

that people have forgotten who they really are and that it costs a lot to walk from alienation to union with themselves, their heart and their surroundings

that we lack people who can Hold the Space to support and guide people to Remembering the wisdom they Hold within their own Heart & Soul

We aim to guide people towards Remembering what they have always known, that what Uresides deep within ourselves. Discovering our Untapped Inner Resources as a Key to healing, to be able to flower our greatest potentials ans Live as Passionate and Whole Human Beings.

We love and believe in the Power of Creativity and open Creative Minds and aim to stimulate persons to move out of the grey zone they often stay in for a life time…. and move towards towards joyfull Human beings.

Quinta da Nora, AljezurFacilities and social structures

Beginning of this year we found ‘Quinta da Nora’ in Aljezur, Southern-Portugal.

A precious domain of 7ha, with two buildings, a small lake, a river, 2 water reserves, large parking space, camping place, an open kitchen and sanitary blocks. Behind the property there is a nature reserve Vale da Nora, of more then 100ha. From the domain, you walk into the Nature Reserve as a back garden, which opens an enormous space for out-door activities.

Easy access with private or public transport. 1h15 from Faro, 2h30 from Lisboa. Situated at ten minutes from the picturesque village Aljezur and twenty minutes from the magnificent and virgin Atlantic Westcoast.

In the small house we will live ourselves. The larger house will serve as guesthouse, office and space for meeting and coaching.

Yves will build a larger yurt (Mongolic nomade tent or Ger) of 10m diameter as Temple and workshopspace, and four /five other yurts that can serve as sleeping facilities or more rooms to organize activities. The domain has a swimming pool, a wooden and infrared sauna and offers the space and opportunities to receive larger groups.

The centre will be managed by us, with collaboration and support of international volunteers and local employees. embedded in local communities, by employment of local people, by purchase of local

products of the farmers/on the markets, and by conserving the nature reserve Vale da Nora (which is partly on our domain)

Realization

To start up this centre, we partly can count on our own financial means. But we could still need other funds. This could be by donations, investment or crowdfunding.

We started a crowdfunding project and lots of people are wishing to support us.

Return of investment in case of crowdfunding:

participation in a retreat, workshop, incl. residence (during the coming 5 years) – program for the coming year is under construction

hiring the place to give a retreat, workshops, incentive or other activity
