Azar, PLEASE READ SCHEDULE CAREFULLY CONDITIONS: Stewards will accept entries in all Sections between 2pm & 6pm on Thursday 2 nd July, 2020. Parking will be available for the delivery of Floral Art and large Pot Plants. All entries must be bona-fide property of the Exhibitor. All cut flowers exhibited to become the property of the Show Society Special classes will be left to the Judges’ discretion. Champion or any other prize will be withheld if the Judge deems the exhibit substandard. Exhibits may be collected after 3.30pm Sunday 5 th July, 2020. Cut flowers will be on sale after 3.30pm Sunday 5 th July, 2020. Leis are most commonly made of carnations, ginger blossoms, jasmine blossoms or orchids and are roughly about 80cm long. Any flower in season can be used. Leis are to be placed onto a coloured piece of cardboard or base boards. Cardboard or baseboards can be painted or covered in material and they should complement the arrangement.

SECTION 9D FAIRY GARDEN COMPETITION

Rules of Entry: Garden containers must be no more than 50 centimetres in height with a 50 centimetre base The Garden MUST be a living miniature garden. No artificial plants will be allowed. The Garden must be in good taste and be pest free. Each Garden must be accompanied by a short paragraph describing the theme of the garden. Entrants are responsible for bringing and setting up (if necessary) their own garden.
