Convention Prayer requests for Nov. 16: Pray for our larger Baptist family across Canada (Canadian Baptists of Ontario & Quebec, Union D'églises Baptites Françaises au Canada, and Canadian Baptists of Western Canada), and our work through Canadian Baptist Ministries as well as the Baptist World Alliance. Together we seek to impact our world with the love of Jesus Christ.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COMING ACTIVITIES

Nov. 16 3:30 pm Christmas Cantata at New Cornwall Baptist Church, pot luck supper following - see poster on bulletin board.

Nov. 16 7 pm Music night at Bridgewater Baptist Church, featuring the talents of many of their church members. Refreshments will follow. A free-will offering will contribute toward new choir robes.

Nov. 18 1:30 pm Museum meeting at the home of Barbara Wentzell

Nov. 19 7 pm Choir practice at the Church

Nov. 30 2:30 pm Royal Juncat, will be presenting a Special Gospel Service at Lapland. A free will offering will be received and used toward the cost of a new heating system. A time of fellowship and refreshments will be held following the service.

Dec. 7 3 pm Sunday School Christmas Concert.

BIBLE STUDY will be held Thursday evening's at 7 pm except on Governing Board night.

The Salvation Army Annual Christmas Kettle Campaign will begin on Friday November the 21st and are looking for volunteers to help staff the kettles for this year. If you have 2 hours to spare and would like to help out at one of our locations please call the Salvation Army Bridgewater at (902) 543-0356.

Please help: The Sunday school is in need of volunteers to help teach.  If you would like to help out please see Terri. It would involve one Sunday morning a month if we can get enough for a rotation.  

Christmas tree decorating will be held on November 28th starting at 6 pm.  It will be taken down on January 4th following church.
