WEB REPORTING ANDALERT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

Accurate management of your analytical data is an important component in optimising process and meeting regulatory requirements. Data management platforms standardise and centralise the collection, storage, processing and distribution of information.

AWQC can assist in this integration process ensuring accurate analytical data is transferred seamlessly into your data management platform.

AWQC also offers a hands-free laboratory

data management and reporting tool called WaterScope. WaterScope centralises your current and historical analytical data in one location.

AWQC can automate alerts that are based on low and high level guideline values. Notification of exceedances are sent by SMS and or email.

Electronic Data TransferAWQC can transfer your laboratory data seamlessly to your internal database solution. Accepted file formats and transfer methods:• Flat file• Excel format - xml• Email• FTP• SFTP

Alerts and Notification SystemAWQC can pre-set alert and notification parameters for water quality testing results in line with regulatory or internal requirements. Alerts can be configured to one or more tests and sampling locations and notification are sent via SMS and/or email.

The AWQC is adept at supporting the water industry in the optimal delivery of drinking water and wastewater services by proactively managing their water quality data. Dedicated customer service representatives assist in managing the quality of water and wastewater systems by prioritising and actioning notifications on a needs basis.
