Occupational Stress Indicator-2 (OSI-2), which reliability and validity is investigated and reported by CISMS - Collaborative International Study of Managerial Stress (24 nations are involved)

OSI-2 is a 90-item scale that assesses job strains, sources of stress, personality, coping with stress, the locus of control and work locus of control and additional questions, including demographics
