OLS Sunday Collection Report Sunday, October 7th……………$12,394.00
We have been called by God! Thanks for the special way you live out your
Baptismal call by sharing with others!
Dear Parishioners,
At the end of the summer we completed a renovation of the White Room with a new paint job, new tile
floor, new LED lighting, and refurbishing of the kitchen including a new electric stove.
Those who have seen and used the room are pleased with the makeover including the school children who use it as their lunch room everyday. Below are some photos, before and after, that truly show the transformation of the room.
You may recall this parish project could only have happened through your generosity to the Generations of Faith Diocesan Capital Campaign that began a few years ago. As you can see in the tabulations we were truly blessed with a high number of donors as well as the total number of pledges. I am so grateful for your commitment to fulfilling your pledges and I hope you can help in satisfying your pledges regularly now that the parish projects are finished. Some of the bills remain and need to be paid in a timely manner.
If you have any questions about pledges and payments please feel free to contact the Catholic Foundation of Brooklyn and Queens Office at (718) 965-7300 and shortly, I will let you know about a new naming and dedication of the former White Room. I believe you will be both surprised and happy! God bless you.
