Thank you for your interest in Ubly Heights Golf &CC as a possible facility to host your special event. It is our pleasure at UBLY HEIGHTS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB to serve you in this community and in the surrounding areas. Every weekend we get to enjoy your families and friends as they gather here for a wedding reception, anniversary or birthday party; class or family reunion. We love to celebrate with you! Our friendly and courteous staff provides a gracious atmosphere of service and friendly hospitality, making your special occasion a memorable event. Our Banquet facility can accommodate your party whether 50 or 500. We have three rooms, where we can host several groups at one time; or it can opened as one large room. The choice is yours. We offer a nice selection of meals from any of our five catering services. Our caterers are flexible and accommodating. If you would like to upgrade or add to anything to your menu selection, just let us know. Menus are enclosed

Once you select your Caterer and choose the Menu, we will contact the caterer for you. It is easy when you host your event with us. In considering the cost for your event, you can plan on the number of reservations times the price of the meal. There will be no sales tax or gratuity attached. However, whatever gratuity you can leave for our staff, it will be greatly appreciated. (But that will be at your discretion) The bar is extra, of course, and can be set up any way you desire. We can help you plan what will be best for you and your guests, and happy to work with your budget The cost of the meal does includes all of your dinner tables set with white linens, china, silverware, stemmed glassware. There is a 22 foot backdrop at the Head Table with sheer fabric and tiny lights to enhance the elegance of your bridal party. Your Head Table and all your Service tables will be skirted and trimmed with lights (at no extra cost). You can add your center pieces and splashes of color to decorate the way you like. The set-up and clean-up is taken care of by us. It’s Your Day! Have it Your Way! It should be fun for you, not work. A $500 security deposit is required to hold your date and room(s). Room Rental Information

[ ] The Wedgewood Room is $350. It seats up to 300/325 people.

[ ] The Dining Room/Birchwood Room is $250. It seats up to 180/200.

You may secure both rooms for your event, which will give you room for overflow and/or insure that

your party is the only event in the banquet area that day.

Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club will not turn away any future business for this facility unless you

have pre-paid for the second room.

Security Deposit

*A security deposit of $ 500 is required to reserve the Banquet Room(s).

*Security deposit will be refunded to client after property inspection and food count have

been verified, within 10 business days following the event. [X ] UHCC can choose to deduct

your security deposit from your total amount due at time of billing. This will be the procedure

most of the time, unless there is an obvious need to have a property inspection

Price Guarantees

*All prices are guaranteed for 12 months from the signed contract date. Functions contracted for more

than a 12 month period are subject to a charge-not more than 5% per year.

Cancellation/Liquidations Damages

*All cancellations must be in writing and must be delivered to the management of Ubly Heights Golf &

Country Club.

*Deposits are refunded less a 20% bookkeeping fee if room is re-booked. Deposit is not refunded if room

is not re-booked.

Liability

*Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions.

*The Lessee is responsible for all Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club property missing or damages

incurred by guests, independent contractor, Lessee, Lessee’s agent or any person on the Lessee’s behalf.

*Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club is not responsible for damages or loss of items left on the premises.

*Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club will not be liable for injuries to any person on or about the premises.

Food and Beverage Services

*All food and beverage must be supplied by Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club or their caterers

with the exception of specialty cakes.

*Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to

anyone appearing intoxicated and to close the bar at management’s discretion.

*All persons must be of legal age with valid identification.

*Anyone under 21 who is drinking alcohol may be asked to leave the premises.

*Bar closes at Midnight (Unless prior arrangements are made)

Guaranteed Attendance

*Guaranteed food counts will be due two weeks to 10 days in advance of function. The client will

be charged for the guaranteed number or the number served, whichever is greater.

Payment

*Payment is due in full at the end of the event unless other arrangements have been made in advance

with the management.

*Methods of payment include cash or check. A credit card will be subject to a 1% service charge

for totals of $500 or more. We accept most major Credit Cards.

Miscellaneous Regulations

*Band, DJ, Florist, and Bakery must supply their own equipment.

*No tape, staples, large confetti, tinsel, Easter grass, straw, or dance dust is allowed on the walls,

bar, tables, etc. at Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club.

*Candles allowed only with glass enclosures. Flames cannot be exposed. No oil lamps allowed.

*Decorations, deliveries or preparations are subject to the discretion of UHG&CC Management.

*No fog machines are to be used inside Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club.

*Your party and guests may enjoy the patio off the Birchwood Room in non-winter months. However,

your party and guests are Restricted from the Golf Course Greens, Carts, etc. The liability is yours for

any damages incurred. Photography on the greens (closest to the building) may be allowed with prior
