Arrival & Dismissal
School starts promptly at 8:00am
• Please arrive early as temperatures must be taken
• May arrive as early as 7:00am
• We do need parent volunteers each morning from 7:30am – 8:00am to help chart temperatures
Dismissal Times:
Infants – K4 - 3:00pm
Kindergarten – 4th – 3:15pm
5th – High School - 3:30pm
• We will have Prime Time from 3:00pm – 6:30pm for any students K2 – 12th
• Prime Time fees will not start until 3:45pm
• 5th – 12th will need to go to practice or lunch room if staying after 3:45pm
• Please be patient in the carpool line as we will be calling your child from their
designated carpool area.
CARPOOL POLICYDROP-OFF LINE
• Main Campus doors open at 7:00 am for student drop off, ALL classes start promptly at 8:00 am
• Pull in Entrance / Exit properly
• Pull along the front of the building (Cars are not allowed to park along front of building)
• Stay in line
• Students walk to the door to get temperature taken and head to class under teacher supervision
DROP-OFF AT DOOR
• Park in parking space if dropping off at door
• Parents will need to remain outside the front doors
• Student’s temperature will get taken and head to class under teacher supervision
• Infant parents may enter the building with temperature check and a mask to drop off child(ren)
PICK UP LINE
• Pull in Entrance / Exit properly
• Pull along the front of the building
• Stay in line
• Put car sign in window, laminate them, each family will get 2, if need more they are $2.00, due to security reasons;
have to print at TCS
• Teachers will bring students to cars
PICK UP FROM DOOR
• Park in parking space if picking up at door
• Teachers will bring students to door
• Infant parents may enter the building with temperature check and a mask on to pick up child

- Polo shirt with the TCS logo on it
- TCS uniform t-shirts for this 2020 -2021 school year
- PE uniforms for 3rd and up are sold in the office
- Hoodie order links will be sent out soon
Some t-shirts are in and ready for pick up with your child’s teacher.
If your shirts have not arrived, we do have some in the uniform store
that can be purchased.
LUNCH PROGRAM
– You may bring a lunch from home. Needs to have a cool pack to
stay cool or thermos to stay warm.
– Order Pizza on Wednesdays. Forms on Web Site & Tiger News
Emails - MUST be turned in every Monday morning by 8:15am.
– If your child is absent on Monday, please call the office no later
than 8:30am to place your pizza order.
– Infants – K5 turn in a daily snack shop form to order food from

envelope for your child

CELL PHONE POLICY
• This is a privilege, not a right, and it can be revoked at any time if this privilege is abused.
• Students may bring cell phones to school but they are to be kept in their lockers, the phone holder in each classroom, or vehicles during class time.
• Cell phones will be confiscated if seen or heard by teachers during class.
• Cell phones will be taken up for a week. • A fee will be assessed each time the phone is
confiscated and a parent must pick up the phone from Administration.
DISCIPLINE POLICY
– Discipline should begin in your home so when your children arrive at
school, a minimum amount of correction is needed.
– Our goal is to train the students of TCS to be Godly children and
young adults who live for the Lord.
– TCS discipline policy is to use the least amount of discipline in order
to make a change. Some students just need a look, some need a
time-out, some need a call home.
– Absence – If missing more than 17 days, retained in grade.
(Total days missed include excused and unexcused absences)
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
• TCS depends on your monthly commitment for teacher salaries and
bills. We understand this commitment is a sacrifice and we greatly
appreciate you!!!
• Tuition is due on the 1st of every month
• You are committing to paying for the semester
August – December & January - May
• Each family is required to have a credit card on file in the event tuition
is not paid by the 5th of any month.
• Credit cards will be charged on the 6th of each month if tuition has
not been paid.

TUITION & FEES
– ALL fees (Matriculation, Technology, Competition Fees) are currently due;
LATE FEES have been billed – pay in the office
– August tuition is now over due
– $50 late fee on tuition if not received by the 5th of any month. Your credit
card on file will be charged on the 6th of each month (this begins in
September)
August tuition and all fees are due now.
Students cannot come to class Thursday if accounts are not taken
care of.

Buddy program. We will offer the program as soon as we are able to.

• Put names on all supplies and bring first day of school or on Meet the Teacher Day (August 11th from 9:30-5:30)!

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we will not be able to go to camp.
We will plan a camping trip as soon as we are able.
WE NEED YOU…
• FUNDRAISERS – need 100% participation on our fundraisers to keep tuition as low as possible. Each family is required to help and participate.
• VOLUNTEERING – need 100% participation for the ministry to keep tuition as low as possible. Right now, the only way to volunteer is by assisting with temperatures each morning and attending our Saturday workdays.
• WORKDAYS - NEED YOUR HELP One Saturday of EACH month from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
