Alabama's flag is big, white, big red X, the crimson bars ,(X) on the flag must be 6 inches wide.
Alabama is named yellow hammer state.
Alabama means “tribal town” in the language of the local creek Indians.
Alabama's capitol is Montgomery and a large city is Birmingham.
Every body in Alabama is called alabans
Alabama has bordering states too such as Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Alabama’s state flower is the Camellia.
Alabama’s state tree is the Southern Long Leaf pine.
Alabama’s state bird is the yellow hammer.
Other state symbols: state game bird wild turkeyState horse: racking horseState insect: monarch butterfly
Agriculture and industry is: cotton, corn, peanuts,
soy beans, poultry, livestock, hydroelectric power and mining.
Geographical features are: Tombigbee
River, Alabama River, Tennessee River, and the Chattahoochee River.

Famous/ historic events in Alabama are civil war hut living history.
In Alabama you can go see the Birmingham botanical gardens.
In Alabama you can also visit the southern museum of flight.
In Alabama you can go to the Birmingham zoo.
Cool facts about Alabama: the state is called yellow hammer state because of the yellow cloth on confederate solders uniforms.
