What does Customer Support do?

• answer customer or hotel partner calls & emails professionally in

English & in Foreign languages

• investigate, make decisions and take action on inbound contacts

• handle and resolve customer requests based on the customer

delight principles

• provide customers with product and service information

• identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant parties based

on set procedures

• follow up open cases till resolution is achieved whenever

necessary

How we work?• Shift based work schedule – weekly rotation (provided

2 months in advance)• AM week ~ 06:00 – 14:30 CET• PM week ~ 14:30 – 23:00 CET• Cover week ~ 9:00 – 17:30 CET• Work on Public Holidays when scheduled• Adherence to breaks and other schedules– 0,5 hr meal break– 1 hr personal break in slots (divided to 6x 10

minutes)• You are trained and supported to reach your

performance targets• Your work is monitored and you receive feedback

continuously
