Fawad Ahmed Founder / Senior HR

Consultant

Asgar has over 15 years of extensive experience

across various verticals. He is extremely client-

focused and has been highly successful in building

and maintaining relationships with key decision

makers and delivering on their requirements.

Asgar’s core expertise lays in devising policies,

planning and executing training and development

programs and business development. He also

possesses hands-on experience in people

management, infrastructure, facilities and other

functions, to ensure bottleneck free operations

along-with excellent time management and

interpersonal skills. He excels in managing the day-

to-day challenges with extreme flair and finesse

and holistically supports the team in all the

primary functions of the company. Before

collaborating with Fawad to set up métier, Asgar

worked with organizations such as Oman

Insurance Company and WIPRO.

Ahsan has 27+ years of experience as a

business focus/results-oriented HR Leader

with global exposure.

Ahsan specializes in corporate & individual goal

alignment, organizational culture, employee

engagement, performance management,

succession talent management,

organizational design and development of

business transformation strategy. Ahsan also

has several significant experiences

incorporating restructuring, mergers and

acquisitions, union negotiations and

establishing start-ups. He is currently

pursuing his PhD in Organizational Psychology

and is a member of the Corporate Executive

Board CEB Atlanta, SHRM Atlanta, HRPAO

Canada, and ASTD New York.

Ahsan Qureshi Executive Director

Fawad has more than 13 years of experience in

the Human Resources function in the Middle

East. Having successfully led a department and

managed a business over the years, Fawad

specializes in all domains of HR and is a veteran

at setting up all the functions from scratch.

Fawad specializes in recruitment & selection,

manpower planning, performance

management systems, training and

development programs, organizational

development and HRMS implementation and

administration. Prior to setting up métier in

2014, Fawad worked with Oman Insurance

Company in their HR function and has an MBA

degree in Human Resource Management.

Mariam Lotia Manager HR

Company Profile

Mariam Irfan Lotia has over 8 years of

experience as a Human Resource

generalist in the Textile, Information

Technology, Manufacturing and Financial

Services industries. Prior to joining Badri to

head the HR department in April 2019,

Mariam has worked at Siddiqsons Group

and Creative Chaos (Pvt) Limited. She is

currently looking after Talent Acquisition,

Rewards & Compensation, Performance

Management, Organizational

Employer Branding, and HR Operation

domains at Badri. Mariam is a Certified
