Inner Child Rebalancing In this arrangement, the goal is to seek balance for the body thru an Inner Child energy alignment by way of action, meditation or discussion. For Inner Child check in the Seeker will:
1) Mix up the cards on a flat surface using both hands.
2) Reflect on the Energy of the Inner Child Divine... the bright idea... the laughter... the innocence... the wisdom... the playfulness... the friendliness... seek guidance on which way and in what way the Inner Child energy can be reset in the body.
3) Using both hands, scan all of the cards at the same time. Be sure that both hands get to scan all the cards... no pushing!
4) Bring both hands down onto the mix of guides at the same time... nicely... and let each thumb and each little finger pick the card that says," let's do this together".
5) Pick up those four cards and gently allow the inner child within to decide what to do first, second, third, forth.
6) After the rebalancing is accomplished, you can sing a song together.
Feminine Rebalancing In this arrangement, the goal is to seek balance for the body thru a feminine energy alignment by way of an action, meditation, or discussion. For the Feminine check in the Seeker will:
1) Shuffle the cards very well, and then hold them in the left hand.
2) Reflect upon the Feminine Divine ... the ultimate creator, the dreamer, the healer, the muse, the musician, the artist. Feminine Energy is creative, receptive, delicate, intuitive, nurturing & synthesizing, integrating, feeling and just 'knows'. 3) Fan out the cards in a circular fashion, using the left hand, being careful to close the circle. 4) Allow your feminine side hand (left) to scan the circle of guides.
5) Rest your hand on the card that indicates, 'Listen" Pull that card from the circle and place in the center of the circle.
6) Again, scan the circle and pull the card that indicates, 'Now" and place it in the circle. 7) Again, scan the circle and pull the card that says "This way"
Now with these cards in place the Feminine Realignment can be acted upon. Make a list of the three guides and act on them in the order received.
Masculine Rebalancing In this arrangement, the goal is to seek balance for the body thru a masculine energy alignment by way of an action, meditation, or discussion. For the Masculine check in the Seeker will:
1) Shuffle the cards very well, and then hold them in the right hand.
2) Reflect upon the Energy of the Masculine Divine ... the builder of dreams, the sculptor of mass, both on earth and in the cosmos. 3) The masculine divine is that which is tangible, positive in energy, and forceful in an outward moving trajectory. Masculine energy moves mass. Reflect on moving... forward... seek guidance on which way, and in what way the seekers own masculine energy can be reset. 4) Fan out the cards, moving them from bottom upward, like a column.
5) Allow your masculine side (right side) hand scan the column from bottom to the top.
6) Rest your hand on the card that indicates "Here” and slide that card from the column. Place that card to the right of the column. This is the How answer. 7) Again, scanning from bottom to the top with the right hand seek the card that says, "Now" ... slide that card from the column. This is the Now action. 8) Again, scan the column from bottom to top and seek the 'Which way" guidance ... stop when the card says, 'this way' and slide the card to the right at the end of the three card line up.
Now with these three cards in place the Masculine realignment can be acted upon. Make a list of the three guides and act on them in the order received.
Dispute Resolution using the Oracle Deck In this guidance arrangement, the Seeker will be able to take action that will lead one out of a dispute by putting them back into forward moving energy, thereby unlocking the dispute deadlock. Two Seekers or more may gain guidance at the same time. However, no one is to speak out loud. Each Seeker goes inward to the Inner Peacemaker and listens quietly.
1) Play soft music to soothe the energy of the room and calm the Seekers. 2) Slowly, gently, shuffle the Oracle deck(s) 3) All of the Oracle Cards are offered to the Seekers... 4) Preferably each seeker has a deck of their own to use.
5) If one deck is available, then each seeker will use it in turn.
6) The first obstacle is to determine who will ask guidance first... 7) Once decided, the first seeker goes inward to the Peacemaker, and asks for help in unlocking the energy. 8) Once the Seeker feels ready to tum the key in the lock, s/he stacks the Entire deck on the table surface. Then cut into four stacks. Let the stacks rest for one full minute. 9) While the cards are resting the Seeker will go inward and seek guidance from the Peacemaker. When so moved, by the energy of "take the next step' the seeker will pick up the first card on the 1st stack and view it privately. Record the direction for immediate action. 10) Go inward, wait for ‘take another step', and then lift the top card of the second stack. Record and mark as second immediate step. 11) Go inward, wait for 'take the next step' and lift the top card of the third stack. Record for third step action. 12) Go inward and wait for the guidance to 'take another step" and lift the top card of the last stack. Record the direction to be taken. 13) Shuffle the deck and hand to the next Seeker.
14) Each Seeker will gain guidance the same way as above.
When each has four directions to follow, then session is over. Each person agrees to complete the actions given by the Oracle within the next 24 hours. Reconvene in 24 hours. Bring something to offer all participants who will be present at the table. Flowers, fruit, candy, a small crystal. It should be a small token of acceptance of one another. Assess if the energy has shifted sufficiently to engage in creative problem solving. Proceed to discuss each step that was taken and what joy or insight each step initiated. Now take a new chair and see what creative measures can be shared!
Celebration Ritual using the Oracle Decks The intention of this ritual is to include all facets and all levels of Divine Guidance into a celebration. This celebration can be for a special date, event, memory, achievement, resolution, or insight! It can be to celebrate a season, a memory, a dream or desire! All Oracle Decks are gathered and mixed on a flat surface. Everyone is invited to help mix the oracles. It is delightful to do this outside, even in the rain or snow if the oracles can be properly protected!
1) Take a breath and go to the Holy Spirit within. Meeting that beautiful peace and light, greet your own Holy Spirit within your Body Temple, and imagine the light of the Holy Spirit filling your body and surrounding you with heavenly light.
2) Cycle the breath to the count of 10, speaking a soft and gentle 'ha' sound with each breath.
3) Gently lower both hands to the table from a space of about 12 inches above the Oracles. Imagine hot air balloons gently landing on the Oracle cards.
4) As each persons hands are lowered onto the cards, ask the Inner Holy Spirit to guide you to a way to celebrate this reason or season.
5) As each person is invited to "lift up" and celebrate, the Seeker will pick one card with each hand and announce the process assigned.
6) The Seeker says, “I and the Holy Spirit Within Me will celebrate together by ......................................” filling in with the Oracle direction.
7) When all have announced the way they will celebrate, then action takes place.
8) When all action is completed, a feast or dessert or party festivities will ensue!
Anger-‐Release Ritual using the Oracle Deck This is a very effective way to release a feeling of anger, bordering on Rage. The Seeker works alone if an Oracle Deck is available. If working as a Guide, then ask the Seeker to sit and proceed quickly.
1) The Oracles are shuffled quickly and laid spread out on the surface of a table.
2) The Seeker is invited to go within and gather all aspects of the situation and bring it to the Inner Warrior.
3) With the Inner Warrior present, imagine a huge bonfire. Imagine standing near the fire, so close that the Seeker can feel the penetrating heat of the fire.
4) Imagine chanting with the Inner Warrior, 'Release Me! Release Me! Release Me!" and dancing around the fire. Imagine the rage or anger as a coat of wax covering and holding them captive inside of their own body.
5) As they chant, ''release me!" imagine the Inner Fire, melting the anger container, causing it to sizzle and drip off their body, freeing them from the torrent of the encapsulating anger or rage.
6) When they see the wax melted off finally, invite the Seeker to see themselves running to a cool ocean and splashing into the water, rinsing off the residue of the release.
7) Now using both hands, slam down their hands onto the table and allow the Warrior to hand them an Oracle direction to follow.
8) This will be seen as the balm to heal the anger release.
9) Follow peaceful thoughts the rest of the week. Repeat the direction action daily for seven days. Go in Peace!
Compromise Ritual using the Oracle Deck In this exercise the Oracle Guide will assist the Seeker in accomplishing a compromise between two opposing camps. This is an effective tool for resolving problems that Children will enjoy!
1) Place all of the cards face down on a flat surface. Each participant uses both hands and assists in mixing up the cards.
2) Go inward and seek guidance from the inner Animal Spirit. Invite a creature of the Earth plane to lead the Seeker inward to a lovely picnic area.
3) Invite the Seeker to imagine a picnic table and all who are seeking guidance are seated at the table, including the Animal Spirit.
4) Counting the breath cycle, reach the count of 20 and open eyes.
5) Say out loud, "one for you, and one for me" and the one of the Seekers picks up one card for themself, and gives one card to the other Seeker. Cards are kept face down and not looked at.
6) The next Seeker says, "two for you and two for me" and picks up two cards for self, and gives two cards to the other Seeker.
7) The next (or 1st Seeker) then says, "three for you and three for me" and distributes three cards to self, and gives three cards to other Seeker.
8) Now each Seeker has 6 cards. They tum their Guidance Card over and lay them out in a straight line from left to right...in the order they arrived. One, two, three.
9) Reading the guidance out loud, each Seeker says, " My animal guide advises me to....... and then to..... and then to.......
10) The directions are then immediately followed.
11) Meet back in 2 hours to reveal what was 'decided' with help of the Animal Spirit!
Forgiveness Ritual using the Oracle Decks In this exercise the Oracle Guide will assist the Seeker who is affected by a wrongdoing. It is best if all parties are present to experience the guidance and healing. This exercise is effective for oneself as well.
1) Shuffle the cards and cut into four stacks, laying the stacks from right to left.
2) Go inward and seek guidance from the Inner Child, cycling the breath for a count of 21.
3) Once engaged by the Inner Child, follow the Child to an Inner Playground. There imagine hundreds of colorful beach balls of so many colors and patterns lying on the ground.
4) Imagine the Inner Child asking everyone involved with the hurt/hurting to collect 25 beach balls and put them at their feet.
5) On the count of 5, imagine the Inner Child saying ''ready, set, GO!" and each participant begins throwing the beach balls at the opposition as fast as they can, recovering any balls arriving in their arena, and throwing those right back! This game will continue as the first card is drawn from the first deck to the left of the player's hand.
6) Much like the game of charades, the Seeker will 'do' what the card directs, in front of all participants, acting out what the card says. The participants will guess what the direction is! After three minutes, the direction is spoken and all agree to take that action. The directions are recorded.
7) This progresses thru the four stacks. The Inner Child will provide the opportunity to 'blast' the opponent with a beach ball, and break the urge to be aggressive, yet offer a way to vent frustration.
If an opponent is not present, the Oracle Reader can act on behalf of the opponent. It is important to experience the right to vent frustration, but in a non-‐hurtful way. When the actions are completed, the Seeker should take a long bath, enjoy quiet comforting music, and rest.
The Bigger Picture In this exercise, the Seeker will experience an opportunity to back up from any situation that is puzzling them. Here the quest is to put space between the problem and them, allowing an intervening exercise with Spirit to refresh any outlook or polarization that may have engaged their opinion, or perspective.
1) Shuffle the cards briskly, and cut into three stacks. Shuffle briskly once again and cut into five stacks. Go inward and seek guidance from the Inner Artist.
2) The Seeker pauses and listens to the breath cycle to the count of 25, following the Inner Artist to a large canvas.
3) Imagining that the Inner Artist offers the paint and brush to the Seeker, the Seeker draws a card from stack #1.
4) Imagining each stack as a pot of paint, the Seeker takes the top card of each stack and places the cards in a circle.
5) Using the brilliance of the five directions given, the Seeker is free to experience the assignment in any order s/he chooses.
6) When the five directions (colors) are completed, the Seeker will have placed a new perspective on the whole of what is engaged, and can expect to experience a freedom of choice that may not have been present previously.
7) At the least, the Seeker has had a much-‐needed reprieve from the angst of looking into a problematic situation, and feeling helpless.
Surprise Ending Ritual using the Oracle Deck This ritual is effective in assisting a Seeker who does not know what to do about a situation that they may be involved with, though not directly, i.e., a neighborhood, organization, school, club, or society situation. This guidance is offered to the 'associated person' who would like to help, or may be feeling unsettled because of what is happening to the group.
1) Guide asks the Seeker to go inward, and seek counsel with the inner Magician.
2) Reaching the connection with the Inner Magician, Seeker tells the story of what is happening, and asks for guidance to arrive at a surprise ending, that will bid well for all involved.
3) Guide shuffles the cards slowly and thoughtfully, imagining the Magician bringing new ingredients to the situation, and lifting the overall energy compression.
4) Guide places the deck on the table, and asks the Seeker to take the first card off the bottom of the deck and place it to the right of the deck.
5) The Guide now takes the next card off the bottom of the deck and places it next to the first card. If using the ritual alone, imagine 1his card offered by the Magician.
6) Pick one last card this time from the top of the deck and place it next to the other two. This is the surprise ingredient
7) Now follow the Oracle directions, in the way that they were received. Expect a surprise ending!
A Card As A Gateway Pick a card Place it and allow yourself to relax. Allow the edges of the card soften gaze indirectly at the card until it is slightly out of focus. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax even more! The car begins to open up as a portal and you step into the card. What thoughts come into your mind as you join with the picture? What is around you, what do you see, hear, feel, and smell? Is there a color, mood, or feeling? Is the atmosphere light, heavy, stagnant or flowing? Look around and notice as many details about the surroundings. Have you met with character spirits or animals? Do they have something to reveal to you? Allow yourself to be informed by this gateway. Thank spirit when you are done, and come back to the gateway through the gateways to your surroundings. Allow yourself a few moments to process.
The Star 1) Place a card that you choose to represent your dream, promise, desire, or hope. Then shuffle cards as you focus your intension on the statement: "I create my life consciously and with love." Randomly choose five cards and place them face down on positions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
2) Position two will represent your desire. What is your hidden desire? What does the creator in you hope to manifest?
3) Position three will represent your gifts. What do you need to keep and your nurture your gifts? What gifts are hiding in the dark? How can you nurture and encourage the creative force within.
4) This place on the star represents your responsibilities. What work still needs to be done in your life? Is there blocks from unfinished business? What is keeping you from fulfilling your highest potential?
5) This place represents light in and dark in your life. It can be the highest potential or your lost hidden shadow. It is important to see your lowest shadow in order to move forward in light. This card tells the reader about how life with change once you clear, observe and embrace any shadow or concealed parts. This recognition will allow you to move forward.
6) This card is the card of self-‐completion. Is tells the reader of how one can express your radiance and light into the world and what actions can be taken to do so. The question to ask of this card is how can you express your radiance?
Three Card Spreads
1. Past 2. Present 3. Future Three card type one: 1) Past-‐Indicates experiences or choices experiences or choices, already known, that have helped give rise to current situation.
2) Present-‐The present shows patterns and has taken shape. This pattern needs attention. 3) Future-‐The future is going to show where the situation has been and is likely to go. With this awareness, the person is able to make choice that will help them in the future.
Create Your Own Version of the Card Choose a card that speaks to you. Draw and make a version of that card. After you have created your own version, you can write down that it means to you, and what it reveals that you that you did not see in the original picture.
