Pre-registration is required for classes unless otherwise noted. Please register & submit payment by the registration deadline noted next to each class description. Payment is due with registration. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received.

Cancellation PolicyShould minimum enrollment not be met, class will be cancelled, participants will be notified and refunds will be sent. If you withdraw from a class prior to the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee. After the first session no refunds will be given. Material fees are non-refundable.
ScholarshipsIf a child or adult’s participation is dependent upon financial aid, please call (319) 291-4490. All requests will be kept confidential.

Inclement Weather PolicyIf inclement weather occurs, WCA may cancel classes. Tune into KWWL or Facebook for up-to-date cancellation information. Please note that whenever Waterloo Community Schools are cancelled for weather, the Phelps Youth Pavilion and WCA youth classes/programs will be cancelled.

Trick-ROAR-Treat Small groups will be lead through the Phelps Youth Pavilion to hear a dino-riffic tale presented by the Black Hawk Children's Theatre.
