Pacelle is a New York Times bestselling author who writes for a number of national publications such as Foreign Affairs, His most recent book, The Humane Economy: How Innovators and Enlightened Consumers are Transforming the Lives of Animals, will be published in April. In this talk, Pacelle will explore the concept of a humane economy and his perspective on the economics of animal exploitation. He will suggest a practical roadmap for how we can use the marketplace to promote the welfare of all living creatures.
