Size:19 Contiguous patented mining claims covering approx. 304 hectares (760 acres),

16 claims in Corbiere Township and 3 claims in Esquega Township in the Wawa area

of Ontario

Project Description:The Holdsworth Property has the potential to host Gold and Silver mineralization

within 3 distinct geological environments :-

1) Gold & Silver in traditional quartz veins – “the Soocana Vein”

2) Gold & Silver in a weathered oxidized pyrite (Oxide Sand Zones) and

3) Gold & Silver in massive pyrite zones at depths

All three Gold & Silver prospects occur within Archean aged mafic to intermediate

metavolcanic rocks of the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt.

Noble extended the Soocana Vein System (using mapping and sampling) from a

strike length of approx. 300m to approx. 750m. The vein varies in width from 0.5m to

2.5m

History Status:

A drill program was completed to test and evaluate the entire 750m strike length of

the Soocana Vein System - over 3,000m of NQ size core was drilled in the 2008

program - all but one of the 34 holes drilled to date intersected what is believed to

be the Soocana Vein System.

Gold and Silver assay results from surface samples taken from across the vein

returned Au values from 1.08 g/t to 42.5 g/t and Ag values from <0.2 g/t to 83.1 g/t

Chip sample (20447) taken over 4m returned 42.5 g/t Au & 19.0 g/t Ag

Chip sample (20452) taken over 7m returned 3.18 g/t Au & 83.1 g/t Ag

Additionally, sample results from across the Oxide Sands Zone have returned Au

values from 0.22 g/t to 5.62 g/t and Ag values from 7.1ppm to 45.5 g/t

Gold/Silver: Holdsworth Property, Wawa Area, Ontario

• 100% interest in 19 contiguous patented claims covering 304 hectares

approx. (~760 acres). in S. Corbiere Township and N. Esquega Township.

• Noble has extended the Soocana QV Vein System (using mapping and

sampling) from a strike length of approx. 300m to approx. 750m. The vein

varies in width from 0.5 m to 2.5m.

• A 34-hole drill program was completed on the Soocana Vein and a total of 340

kg of material from the Oxide Sands Zones was sent to SGS Lakefield to

metallurgical testing. Gold recoveries ranged form 62% - 90% in a 48-hour

agitated cyanide leach test. A separate metallurgical test by Walsh returned

97.82% Au recovery in a 48 hours cyanide leach test.

Oxide Sands Zone Potential

• "oxidized cap" – up to 10 meters thick carrying Au (gold) and Ag (silver) with an average grade

of 4.8gt gold equivalent in an oxide sand amenable to bulk stripping overlying a large sulfide

zone;

• total of 2 x 2200 meter zones potential with an average width of 8 meters and depth of up to 10

meters identified by ground magnetics on the Wawa-Holdsworth ground;

• "measured resource" A + B – 15,800 tonnes @ 3.605g/t (0.116 oz/t);

• "inferred resource" A + B – 14,900 tonnes @ 2.691 g/t (0.089 oz/t);

• "inferred resource" C, D, E – 24,000 tonnes – grade undetermined;

• additional potential tonnage of 550,000 tons of oxide sands with an average grade of 4.8g/t (0.15

oz/t) gold equivalent (75-80,000ozs. Au);

• additional tonnage on the Sage ground on strike to the East could potentially be

optioned/acquired;

• mill capacity may be available for custom milling; preliminary tests have been completed with

excellent recoveries; metallurgical tests indicate 62.8% to 98.7% recovery in cyanide leach.

• potential gross value (pre discount and costs);

15,800 x 3.605/31 = 1,837ozs @ US$1350/oz = $2,479,950 or ~Cdn$1725 = $3,168,825

14,900 x 2.619/31 = 1,293ozs @ US$1350/oz = $1,745,550 or ~Cdn$1725 = $2,230,425
