You and Chairman Dean need to get your story straight.   My written communications from Chairman Dean on April 9, 2014, confirms my representation of ASU in connection with the FBI meeting scheduled for April 10th.  In fact, Chairman Dean texted me the following message on April 9th:

"Donald I just heard about how angry you are about the [FBI] meeting tomorrow.  I'm in a meeting  with the Department of Commerce therefore I can't call but I'm pleading and begging you not to abandon us on this issue.  Marvin and I would go to war with you any day.  We truly appreciate and believe in your efforts and understand all the sacrifices you make for us and ASU….”.

This communication, together with my emails to and from you and other documents, clearly establish my status as an attorney for ASU.  Thus, your statement this afternoon was defamatory and I am again requesting that you issue a retraction immediately.
