INTERIOR Above grade KEMSEAL (3) Any clean, structurally sound concrete or masonry surface can be coated with this waterproof heavy-duty cement-base sealer. Assuring complete protection against moisture penetration, KEMSEAL fills and seals all pores & voids.

PLASTER MIX (4) When a troweled or textured appearance is desired, PLASTER MIX can be used to waterproof and decorate. Unlike conventional cement and sands, it does not crack. KEM BOND A is recommended for use with PLASTER MIX, for added bonding power. KEMSEAL BR(14), DECAPROOF (15)& DECACOAT W (16) are the paints which provide a most colorful touch to any masonry surface that needs to be painted. While KEMSEAL BR is cement-based, DECAPROOF and DECACOAT W are both 100% acrylic based and come in a wide range of colors. These coatings are also recommended as a finish over KEMSEAL BR and PLASTER MIX where a deep color is wanted. KLEER G (11) & (12) This clear and protective product is used to highlight decorative stone and concrete areas, while at the same time sealing pores from dirt and stains. This product is also effective when applied to retain the architectural beauty of a building. Below grade WATERPLUG (1) This hydraulic cement is used to seal cracks and areas where water has leaked in, such as around pipes and at wall-floor joints. It is quick-setting and effective, even against running water! KEMSEAL (3) when waterproofing a basement from the inside, KEMSEAL is easily applied with a coarsefibered brush. KEMDEGREASER (13) A deep-cleansing compound used for removal of grease and oil from work areas, garages, driveways; KEMDEGREASER is simple, easy and effective to use. Use only on concrete.

Swimming pools To eliminate paint build-up and have a durable waterproof surface also, PROKEEM System Products can be used. They keep filtered water in, as well as prevent ground water from entering pools. KEMREPAIR (7) Nonshrinking, nonslumping KEMREPAIR is used for patching concrete. KEMREPAIR can be used to fill cracks in basement floors, repair broken steps, large voids, holes and concrete pools. KEMSEAL (3) Applied by brush, KEMSEAL BR is a heavy-duty, waterproof cement coating. It actually becomes part of the surface and forms a waterproof shield of protection. SUPER PLASTER MIX (4) Use this plaster mix for a troweled-on waterproof finish that can be floated to a smooth decorative appearance. KEMSEAL BR(14) If desired, KEMSEAL BR can be applied over KEMSEAL or PLASTER MIX with an easy brush application. It gives a smoother, whiter-than-white finish. KEMBOND A (2) To previously treated surfaces use KEMBOND A in the mixing liquid for extra bonded qualities and added insurance.

EXTERIOR Above grade KEMSEAL BR (3) For protection against moisture, heavy-duty waterproof cement-based KEMSEAL BR fills and seals pores in concrete or masonry surfaces. PLASTER MIX (4) For troweled-on waterproofing without cracking, use PLASTER MIX. It is also decorative and does not need to be painted. Why settle for less? DECAPROOF (15)or DECACOAT W (16) These are top quality 100% acrylic- based paints for a most colorful appearance. Apply these paints with a brush, roller or spray. Available in many colors, they can be easily cleaned and leave no mess. Buy them in matte or texture finishes. KEMREPAIR F (6) To patch horizontal surfaces when a feather-edge patch is required, try KEMREPAIR F. It is a two-component cement-base patch with a modified acrylic bonding agent. KEMREPAIR (7) When applying vertical patchwork where quick-setting, nonshrinking, nonslumping qualities are needed, go with KEMREPAIR. It also eliminates the need for expensive form work. KEMJOINT (8), FLEXIJOINT (10), BITUJOINT (9) Whether it be a flexible urethenated epoxy, tar epoxy, and flexible rubberized bitumen we have a calking product for your needs. Do the specific job best! KLEER G (11) & (12) This product is used as clear-water repellents. It will not yellow and is excellent protection for decorative stone and concrete surfaces. KEMDEGREASER (13) This is an excellent solution for all grease problems. Use KEMDEGREASER to remove grease, oil and heavy solid stains from concrete driveways, patios and sidewalks. Try our easy two-step procedure. KEMJOINT C (17) To re-point brick mortar joints that have crumbled, and leak, get KEMJOINT C. Also eliminates water penetration that occurs from the cracking of the joints. KEMBOND A (2) For an added extra bonding and increased structural strengths include KEMBOND A in the mixing liquid. It also reduces cracking. Below grade WATERPLUG (1) Stop water penetration of foundation walls stemming from cracks and joints. Insure yourself by using WATERPLUG, our quick–setting hydraulic cement. KEMSEAL F (5) Similar to time-tested waterproof KEMSEAL, KEMSEAL F is specifically blended for exterior foundation waterproofing. It will not crack or dry up like tar and is compatible with masonry and concrete. KEMREPAIR (7) This product is excellent for patching large voids on poured-concrete foundations.

1.WATERPLUG®, A QUICK–SETTING HYDRAULIC CEMENT.

Use WATERPLUG for stopping active water leaks, setting pipes and patching cracks. WATERPLUG comes in a powder form, mixes with water and dries within 3 to 5 minutes. Actually expanding when set, it becomes harder when exposed to water.

2.KEMBOND A®, AN AD MIXTURE TO IMPROVE ADHESION.

For extra bonding qualities, KEMBOND A modified cement-base mixes are tough and crack-resistant. It has built-in curing for denser finishes and patches. Just add to mixing water. So easy to use, KEMBOND A comes in liquid form.

3.CHEMSEAL®-, A HEAVY CEMENT-BASE WATERPROOF COATING.

Packaged in a dry powder form, CHEMSEAL comes in white, standard gray and assorted colors. It fills and seals pores and voids. While waterproofing and decorating, it adheres so tenaciously, that it works against water pressure on the interior surface of walls below grade.

4. PLASTER MIX®, A CEMENT-BASE WATERPROOF TEXTURE COATING.

This plaster mix is packaged in a dry powder form. It contains the same high qualities of CHEMSEAL but is specifically formulated for application by plasterer’s-type spray equipment (or it may be troweled on).

5.KEMSEAL F®, A HEAVY CEMENT-BASE FOUNDATION WATERPROOFING.

While based on KEMSEAL’s formula, KEMSEAL F contains coarser aggregates. It is specifically designed for below grade exterior concrete and masonry foundation waterproofing. When mixed to manufacturer’s instructions, it can be applied with a broom-type brush or may be toweled on.

6.KEMREPAIR F®, A CEMENT-BASE, ACRYLIC-MODIFIED PATCHING MATERIAL.

Consisting of two-component acrylic polymer modified fiber reinforced patching compounds, KEMREPAIR F can be applied for resurfacing and leveling concrete floors, walks, steps, ramps, etc. It can be feather-edged and has both exterior and interior uses on horizontal concrete floors.

7.KEMREPAIR®, A NONSHRINK, NONSLUMP QUICK-SETTING PATCHING

MORTAR.

For vertical patchwork where quick-setting and nonslumping elements are required, KEMREPAIR has excellent structural strengths. It comes in a powder form and is easily mixed with water and ready to use.

8.KEMJOINT E,™ 9.FLEXIJOINT,™ 10.BITUJOINT,™

CALKING AND SEALINCOMPOUNDS. KEMJOINT is urethenated epoxy and

has excellent flexibility characteristics. It can be used in areas exposed to constant water, as in swimming pools or around bath tubs. FELXIJOINT is a tar epoxy sealant where expansion and contraction are not excessive. It is highly effective and inexpensive to use. BITUJOINT is a rubberized bitumen. It is very useful where quick-setting properties are needed and can be painted over without any stain- through.

11.&12.KLEER G®, CLEAR PROTECTIVE TREATMENT. KLEER G is a solvent silicone-based

water-repellent for brick. KLEER G SPECIAL is a water-emulsion-type, trans- parent silicone water-repellent for limestone. TINTED SEALER AC is a clear acrylic sealer that forms a film on old or new concrete & exposed aggregate panels. It is a clear high-gloss sealer for concrete or aggregate panels.

13.KEMDEGREASER,™A LIQUID FOR DEEP CLEANING OF CONCRETE

FLOOR.

To remove grease and oil spills from concrete, driveways, garages, floors, work areas and patios, apply PRO-DEGREASER and flush away deposits with water.

14.KEMSEAL BR,™A CEMENT-BASE PAINT AVAILABLE IN WHITE OR

ASSORTED COLORS.

For a smoother finish over interior or exterior masonry, dry powder form FINCOAT. It can be brushed on or sprayed to any concrete or masonry surface.

15.DECAPROOF®and 16.DECACOAT W®, ARE 100% ACRYLIC-BASE PAINTS.

DECACOAT W is an excellent exterior matte-finish paint for concrete and masonry; can also be used as a color coat over CHEMSEAL. DECAPROOF is a smooth paint used both inside and out to fill pores in concrete block; can also create many pleasing textures on smooth surfaces.

17.KEMJOINT C,™A STRONG REPOINTING MORTAR.

Highly effective KEMJOINT C eliminates water penetration occurring from cracked or crumbled mortar joints.
