shares w ith you a few pointers to avoid the most c ommon mistakes.
The right way to use a commode is to seat one self on it, the way one sits on a chair, with feet resting on the floor...
Not on the seat area.
Tear off an adequate piece of toilet tissue from the toilet roll to clean yourself and flush it down the commode.
Toilet roll tissues are designed to disintegrate in water so that they do not clog the drains. Never throw the used tissue on the floor or in the waste bin.
Always remember to cover the commode with the seat cover after use.
Avoid leaving behind a wet commode seat after you’ve finished using the commode.
Look for the dispensingbutton or lever and depress it with one hand. Collect the dispensed soap from the spout in the other.
Don’t let it spill on the floor.
While rinsing hands in the sink, take care not to splash water on the sink counter.
Use the paper towel from the dispenser to dry your hands.
Pull out one tissue at a time. Pull out only as many as you need and avoid wastage.
Paper towels have a high wet strength and do not disintegrate in water, hence never throw the used towels in the commode or they will choke the commode drain.
Throw the used towels in the waste bin, not on the floor.
So, less sick holidays, more active students and of
course aHAPPY SCHOOL.
