Batboys/Batgirls At present, all bat person positions are filled for the 2006 season. Bats and Brooms For safety reasons, bats and brooms may not be brought into RFK Stadium. Batter's Eye

The Batter's Eye is located beneath sections 451-456 on the Mezzanine Level. This designated area enables batters to clearly see pitched balls, free from any visual distractions. Fans may not sit or linger in this area. Beach Balls For safety reasons beach balls are not permitted in the stadium at anytime. Any fan bringing in or inflating a beach ball will be subject to ejection from RFK Stadium. Birthday Messages Please see Scoreboard Messages » Bottles and Cans Guests are not allowed to bring any glass or plastic bottles, aluminum cans or Thermoses into RFK Stadium. If a guest is found to be in possession of these items inside the stadium, he or she will be subject to ejection from the stadium. EXCEPTION: Plain water in plastic bottles (not sports drinks or soda) will be allowed in the stadium as long as it conforms to the specifications listed below:

• It must be in a "store bought" clear plastic bottle. • The water may not be frozen. • It must be no larger then 1 Liter (33.814 fluid ounces)

Box Office The Box Office at RFK Stadium is open Monday through Friday from 12pm-5pm for individual game ticket sales. On game days, the Box Office is open 2 hours prior to the scheduled first pitch. During the off-season, tickets may be purchased by calling our ticket office at 202.675.NATS (6287) or visiting our website, nationals.com. Bullpens The Nationals bullpen is located in left field and the visiting bullpen is positioned in right field. Cameras/ Video Equipment Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video equipment into RFK Stadium, provided they are intended for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than 6 inches may not be brought inside the stadium, except by credentialed media. Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, wells or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Monopods and tripods are not permitted. Catering Please see Aramark » Cellular Phones The use of cellular phones is permitted throughout the stadium, provided it does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. Charitable Donation Requests The Washington Nationals will attempt to honor all requests from non-profit organizations located within the Greater Washington Area. Please refer to the guidelines listed below when making a request:

• Only written requests will be reviewed. • We do not accept faxed or e-mailed requests. • All donation requests must be received at least 45 days in advance of the date of

the event. • Please forward your written request on your organization's letterhead and include

the organization's Federal Tax ID number as part of your letter. • Include a brief explanation of the event, date of event, contact name, contact

phone number, complete mailing address, email address and a daytime phone number.

• Incomplete requests will not be considered. • Mail your request to the following address:

• We receive a large number of requests weekly and therefore must limit an organization's request to one per calendar year.

• Game tickets are for donations for select games after April 18, 2006. • Our peak season to support charitable events is during the regular baseball season

(April-October). Requests for events that occur during the off-season are more difficult to fulfill due to limited resources.

• We are unable to donate to for-profit company programs and initiatives, including employee appreciation events, employee incentives, etc.

Clubhouse Security Entrance into the clubhouses is exclusively for those people with proper MLB or Media credentials. During the game, the clubhouses are closed to all visitors, including any media. All authorized visitors to the clubhouse must sign in and out prior to and after the game. Community Relations The Washington Nationals are committed to serving our community, including the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area (District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland). Diamond Club Please see PNC Diamond Club » Diamond Dash presented by Pepsi Kids 12 and under may run the bases after each Sunday day game. Each child must be accompanied to the field by one parent. Only children 12 and under will be allowed to run the bases. Kids wishing to participate in the Diamond Dash should line up at the start of the 9th inning outside the Diamond Club, by section 301. The Diamond Dash will

begin immediately following the game. This program is subject to change based on weather or special post-game events. F Fan Code of Conduct The Washington Nationals are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable ballpark experience. Our staff will proactively intervene to ensure the following:

• Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience. • Guests will enjoy the ballpark experience free from foul/abusive language or

obscene gestures. • Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public family

setting. • Impaired or intoxicated guests will be assisted in a prompt, respectful and safe

manner and are subject to ejection at the discretion of the Nationals and RFK Stadium.

• Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seats. • The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized

persons on the playing field. • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Fan Interference It is illegal to interfere with a ball in play. Any fan doing so will be ejected from RFK Stadium. Fan Mail Letters should be addressed to specific players or coaches. These letters are then forwarded to the individual recipients. Please be aware that the players receive a large amount of fan mail on a weekly basis and therefore it may take a few weeks to a few months for a response. The Nationals cannot guarantee that a player or coach will respond to your mail. The turf is growing in a 12-inch root zone composed of 100 percent sand. The drainage and irrigation systems lie below the root zone. The warning track is made of a crushed brick profile. Given ideal weather, the RFK Stadium field can be converted from a baseball to soccer configuration in 36 hours by a 20-person crew. RFK Stadium parking lots open 2 hours before the start of a home game. The cost for parking in RFK Stadium lots on the day of the game is $12.00 per car. All buses, limos and RVs should enter Lot 7 and will be charged $45.00. Please note the following regulations:

• No in and out parking. • Overnight parking is prohibited. • No charcoal barbeques; ONLY approved gas/ propane units allowed. • No selling or soliciting of any items at any time in the parking lots. • All parking lots have Handicapped Parking and spaces are available on a first

come, first service basis.

This request must be postmarked at least 45 days in advance of the date of the event. When a request is received it will be evaluated in a timely fashion. Due to the heavy travel and game schedule of our players, many requests will not be able to be fulfilled. Police On game days, DC Metropolitan Police are located throughout the inside of the stadium and are stationed around the perimeter of the stadium and parking lots. Press Box The press box and press dining is located on the mezzanine level behind home plate. This area is restricted to those with the proper Washington Nationals, media or MLB credentials. Programs The Nationals Official Game Program is a must for anyone who visits RFK Stadium. In addition to a scorecard, the magazine is filled with baseball information and interesting stories on your favorite Nationals players. Programs can be purchased for $10.00. Nationals games can also be heard on 104.3-FM in Leesburg, VA. The Nationals pre-game show is aired 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. Rain Checks In the event a legal game is not played due to weather, please retain your ticket. The ticket will serve as your rain check for that rescheduled game or may be exchanged for the same priced seat for a future Nationals home game this season. All rain check exchanges are subject to availability. Rain Delays In the event of inclement weather, the Washington Nationals will make every effort to finish the game. We ask all guests to seek shelter inside the concourses until the storm has passed. Retired Numbers On April 15, 1997 Allan H. "Bud" Selig announced the baseball-wide retirement of Jackie Robinson's uniform number 42. Robinson's number is displayed on the wall in right field. To date, no Nationals players' numbers have been retired.

Smoking Smoking is prohibited in all seating areas, restrooms and concourses but is permitted on stadium ramps. Please extinguish cigarettes safely and place them in appropriate receptacles. If a guest has a stroller that, once folded, will fit under a ballpark seat, he/she will be permitted to take it to their seat. However, we are not responsible for the stroller if it is not in our care. Strollers may still be checked at either Guest Services location at RFK Stadium. T Tailgating Tailgating is allowed and encouraged in RFK Stadium parking lots before every home game until game time. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time. Please use only approved gas/propane barbeques; charcoal grills are prohibited. In order to maintain a family atmosphere, kegs are not permitted in the lots. Team Store The Nationals Official Team Store is located at RFK Stadium by Main Gate and is run by FMI. Free parking is available for customers of the store on non-game days. Season ticket holders receive a 10% discount on all FMI merchandise at all souvenir stands on the concourse and at the Team Store. Any umbrella that is not collapsible and will not fit into a 16"x16"x8" bag will not be permitted into the Stadium. Weapons Weapons of any kind are prohibited in RFK Stadium. Will Call The Will Call window is located at Main Gate off East Capitol Street. Will Call windows are open 2 hours prior to game time. To claim tickets at Will Call, please have personal identification available as well as the credit card used to make the purchase. Will call tickets that were purchased through Tickets.com can be picked up at all kiosks located on the perimeter of the staium. Kiosks are open 24 hours a day.
