Competition order and distances are as follows:(1) 400m swim (2) 20km bicycle (3) 5km run. Safety helmet must be worn when cycling, and no fi ns, snorkels, or fl oation devices permitted when swimming.Awards presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place participants in all categories.
