OUr servicesConcept & DesignWe have a dedicated Interior Design Team with specialist knowledge and understanding of interior design within student accommodation. We work with you to achieve your vision by either working in partnership with your own architects and designers or creating a concept for you.

Procurement, Importation & WarehousingAll our furniture is sourced from reputable and ethical suppliers with whom we’ve built strong relationships over time. We partner with companies who treat their employees fairly and source materials responsibly. We have over 100,000sqft warehouse capacity & £1.5m+ of on-hand stock.

Delivery, Assembly & InstallationYour Site Managers will liaise with contractors to ensure a smooth installation process. To guarantee legal compliance and make sure the project meets our own high-quality requirements, these key contacts will be available throughout the project to manage any issues that arise. Our skilled in-house installation team are CSCS qualified and carry out all jobs with care and attention to detail.

Aftercare & MaintenanceFollowing the main installation, our ‘remove and replace’ service is key for your future furniture asset management requirements. By forming relationships with facilities management or building management teams, we can become your trusted and reliable partner for the ongoing maintenance, removal and replacement of all furniture and accessories.

A unique student development in Belfast standing proud as a heritage Victorian building that was once threatened by demolition but has now been brought back to shine in all its glory as premium student accommodation. Working with Student Roost, the vision was simple to create an authentic, industrial design that reflected the heritage of the building, balanced with contemporary vibrant colours along side textures of wood, concrete and metal.

In establishing a design concept, I felt it was important to bring in playful character elements to the scheme, through bold wall colours, bright upholstery,

With a soft contemporary take on art deco inspired architecture, White City is an inspirational space whilst also being practical for its students. Positioned within a conservation area, the building design was sympathetic to the surrounding area, this brief was a delight as Chapter Living had a clear vision on the direction, to have authentic looking industrial pieces that looked worn and ‘told a story’. Eclectic charm and honed individualism, is a style that Chapter Living and Student-Furniture have evolved and is showcased throughout their student developments. 17

Just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Strathclyde St Mungo’s offers students a wide range of communal spaces, including a gym, private cinema room, study room, social concept space and communal kitchen hub. The concept space was created with the incentive to inspire students to bring out their creative flair and embrace the urban Glasgow lifestyle. With that in mind we brought together complementing rustic textures and contemporary materials to create a cosy, rustic look to the development.

An exciting large-scale development in the heart of Middlesbrough. Designing the amenity spaces and bedrooms we ensured that in each area there was character and playfulness that would inspire students. Nestled between the popular Newcastle and Northumbria Universities are the stylish and contemporary Byron Lofts. The ultimate co-living accommodation with a range of apartments ranging from studios to 2, 3, and 5 bedroom. Large studios were specifically designed for final year students looking to live on their own, whilst the 2, 3 and 5 bedroom apartments allow new friends to bond in a cosy, sociable environment. Keeping the furniture muted and modern we then implemented bold, playful accessories, using inspiring prints and innovative art pieces to give the rooms character and provide a contemporary feel. An overarching feel of exploration of art combined with urban living inspired these apartments.

The Towpath is a sat within the picturesque surroundings of the Shropshire Union Canal in Chester. We worked alongside the client’s interior designers to create a scheme that felt refreshing, uplifting and with a very subtle nautical theme. We chose varied wooden textures, from light mango wood to deep walnut, complimented by black matte wood grains. To soften the interior and bring warmth we incorporated wool and cotton blends in orange, navy and grey. The student apartments have a Scandinavian feel with subtle hints of a maritime aesthetic.

Soft textures featuring rustic leath-er and smooth mango wood were the key materials that we choose to be versatile and offer an overall contemporary interi-or. Traditional meets industrial in these open plan shared living apartments. Settled in the bustling Nottingham city centre we incorporated urban materials of brushed woods and black metal finishes into the main living areas, whilst the students own private bedroom areas have a softer, calmer interior. Using authentic wood finishes and cool, fresh shades of blue we gave students an inviting space for their bedrooms offering them the ideal space for both relaxing and studying.
