FeaturesHousing: Rear housing is rugged, corro-sion-resistant, die-cast aluminum. Frontcover is one-piece, UV-resistant, injection-molded polycarbonate, internally painted.Captive external hardware is treated furcorrosion resistance and included slottedhex-head and tamperproof fasteners.

Optics: One-piece, die-formed reflector is dif-fused aluminum. Refractor is clear polycar-bonate, providing IBS cutoff distribution andmaximum lateral light output. Front cover issealed and gasketed to inhibit the entranceof outside contaminants.

Lamp: Medium-base HPS, MH or two/four-pm fluorescent lamps included.

Ballast: MH: high-reactance, high-powerfactor standard. HPS: Reactor normal powerfactor standard, HPF available. UL listed.Electrical components are mounted to thecast-aluminum housing, promoting maximumheat dissipation. (For 50 hertz availability,consult factory). Fluorescent ballasts aremagnetic NPF (TT, DTT) or electronic HPF(TRT). Encased and potted solid-state igm-tors (HPS). HID ballasts are 100% factorytested and UL listed. Fluorescent ballasts areUL listed. Components are heat-smked di-rectly to the cast housing for maximum heatdissipation. (For 50 hertz availability, consultfactory.)

Installation: Mount to any vertical surfaceor to a A" round or A" equaro outlot box Dockaccess through gasketed slot. Top wiringaccess Xhrought A/2" thveaded conduit en-try. (Through-wiring requires use of a con-duit tee.) Photocells are field-installable.

Socket: HID is porcelain, horizontally ori-ented medium-base socket with copperalloy, nickel-plated screw shell and centercontact. UL listed 660W, 600V and 4kVpulse rated. Fluorescent socket is two-pin(DTT) or four-pin (TRT), positive latchingthermoplast ic .

Listings: UL, listed suitable for wet loca-tions. IP65 rated in accordance with IECStandard 529. Listed and labeled to complywith Canadian Standards.
