For more than 25 years Weingärtner Maschinenbau GmbH has been a vital and reliable provider of know-how and innovative manufacturing technologies to the Oil and Gas Drilling Industry.
For the manufacture of major components incorporated in the drilling string and in artificial lift equipment dedicated machines are in operation worldwide.E.g. downhole tools, collars are machined on our Multi Product Machining Center, single/multi lobe rotors and stator cores for power sections and progressive cavity pumps are produced on the vario series machines.
Vario machines are offered in 4 sizes to support customer requirements for most economical production. The machines are built in a modular concept:
– Universal Peeling and Milling Machines for single lobe rotor peeling and multi lobe rotor/stator core milling.– Dedicated Peeling Machines for single/dual lobe rotor peeling.– Dedicated Milling Machines for multi lobe rotor/stator core milling.
Finish ternary polishing machines are applied for the automatic polishing/grinding of the machined components for final inspection on our Multi Lobe Profile Check measuring system.
