INTRODUCTION

The HOW Meter is the new revolutionary, precise and super reliable ultrasonic water meter. Our meters
are in compliance with the IS0-4064 GBT 778 standards. The water meter counts with an advanced
transit-time measurement technology with remarkable features of low power consumption, wide
measuring range ratio and a stable and reliable measurement.
Each components are IP68 protection class to ensure long term operation even though the meter is
submerged in water. The meter applications include urban water supply, water resources management,
irrigation ,landscape management, residential, commercial and industrial production,
consumption and automation.

FEATURES
Consistency and Hardness
• The cover is made of 6mm thick tempered glass with shell
wall thickness of 3mm. It is made of automobile grade
plastic, anti-ultraviolet, anti-high temperature and low
temperature (-20 ℃ ~ 100 ℃), anti-aging, anti- 2 meters
high free fall does not damage), anti-bad whether.

durability.

The STE wireless hub consists of:
• A 433Mhz wireless module,
• GPRS / 3G / 4G module,
• MCU,
• Internal storage and software.
The Up Link receives the data from the water meters which is transmitted through the
public internet network, such as GPRS, 3G, 4G, etc., and then is sent in the form of the
Down link to the server in the control room.

• Auto-configuration with the Server IP port and network operation parameters.
• Automatic data management and filter.
• Reliable wireless communication with smart water meters.
• It can manage up to 3500 meters.
• It can be configured to read the meters in total or partially, it with the purpose of
optimizing the battery consumption.
• Able to manage 1000 control commands in real time. These commands include the
constant checking, elimination, and increase of parameters as necessary, by
individual meter or all water meters installed in a specific area.
• The use of DLL (Dynamic Link Library) helps to promote modularization, reuse of
codes, efficient use of memory and reduction of disk space. Therefore, the operating
system and programs can be loaded and ran faster taking less space on the
computer.
