This Mass will be televised at 9am on our Facebook page Saint Helena Catholic Church and on our website www.sthelenachurch.net and Youtube Channel at Saint Helena Catholic Church.
Daily Mass at 7:30am with social distancing and you are encouraged to wear mask.
**THE SUNDAY MASS OBLIGATION CONTINUES TO BE DISPENSED FOR ALL CATHOLICS AS LONG AS THIS THREAT PERSISTS.
Reconciliation-will be Tuesdays 11am and Thursdays 5pm. Please call Church Office to schedule. Baptism-limited to private and small family celebrations (10 people or less).
Weddings/Convalidations-will be celebrated with Bride, Groom, Celebrant, and 50 people total. The Mass will not be celebrated, only the Marriage Rite is acceptable.
Funerals-will be celebrated at the Funeral Home or Graveside with immediate family, Clergy, and Funeral staff. Funeral Masses in Church, as well as wakes in Church Hall are prohibited until further notice.
Delivery of Communion-to Homebound, Nursing Home, or other Healthcare Facilities will be discontinued indefinitely. This does not apply to those in danger of death or when a person is in need of Viaticum.
Anointing of the Sick can be arranged by calling the Church Office.

Who is the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit)?
The Holy Ghost is God and the third Person of the Blessed Trinity.
(a) The Holy Ghost is also called the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete, the Advocate, the Spirit of Truth, the Spirit of God, and the Spirit of Love.
From whom does the Holy Ghost proceed?
The Holy Ghost proceeds from the Father and the Son.
(a) The Holy Ghost does not proceed from the Father and the Son by spiritual generation. Only the Son proceeds from the Father by generation. This is one of the mysterious truths that we know only from revelation.
Is the Holy Ghost equal to the Father and the Son?
The Holy Ghost is equal to the Father and the Son, because He is God.
(a) Because of the oneness of nature in the Blessed Trinity, the Father is entirely in the Son and in the Holy Ghost; the Son is entirely in the Father and in the Holy Ghost; and the Holy Ghost is entirely in the Father and in the Son. No one of the three divine Persons is outside the other, for none precedes the other in eternity, nor surpasses the other in power, nor exceeds the other in any way. This indwelling of one divine Person in the others is called circumincession.
What does the Holy Ghost do for the salvation of mankind?
The Holy Ghost dwells in the Church as the source of its life and sanctifies souls through the gift of grace.
(a) Although the sanctification of mankind, like all other outward works of God, is performed by all three Persons of the Blessed Trinity, it is attributed to the Holy Ghost, the third Person. The sanctification of mankind is attributed to the Holy Ghost because He is the love of the Father and the Son and because the sanctification of man by grace shows forth God's boundless love.

On my knees before the great multitude of heavenly witnesses, I offer myself, soul and body to You, Eternal Spirit of God. I adore the brightness of Your purity, the unerring keenness of Your justice, and the might of Your love. You are the Strength and Light of my soul. In You I live and move and am. I desire never to grieve You by unfaithfulness to grace and I pray with all my heart to be kept from the smallest sin against You. Mercifully guard my every thought and grant that I may always watch for Your light, and listen to Your voice, and follow Your gracious inspirations. I cling to You and give myself to You and ask You, by Your compassion to watch over me in my weakness. Holding the pierced Feet of Jesus and looking at His Five Wounds, and trusting in His Precious Blood and adoring His opened Side and stricken Heart, I implore You, Adorable Spirit, Helper of my infirmity, to keep me in Your grace that I may never sin against You.
