「活得健康」是每個人夢寐以求的人生目標，也是快樂的泉源，但往往忽略了「健康」才是最重要。近年，有很多都市人都會因為後天疏忽而引起的疾病而離世。不幸地，我的父母都因罹病而過早辭世。在我幼年的時候，父親因中風病逝，數年後，母親亦患上癌症而逝。當我父親去世時，我回想母親曾跟我說，希望我長大後可以做一些事情去紓緩慢性疾病的肆虐。因為只要面對過家人罹患頑疾，就足以令整個家庭喪失了摯親摯愛，陷入悲痛的邊緣。
在成長的過程中，我深切體會到「健康」確是上天賜給我們一份無價的禮物。保持健康的體魄，才是愛惜家人和自己的一份首要責任。正因如此，這驅使了我多年來都堅持愛惜自己及家人的健康，並朝着這方向去經營健康事業。說到底，健康才是每個人擁有最重要的資產，只要大家願意悉心愛惜自己的健康，才有機會活出彩虹人生。
作為自然療法的先驅，本人致力宏揚「健康需要管理，管理促進健康」的精神，希望廣大市民都能親身體驗真正平衡、富足與和諧，讓大家活得更健康，令生命的每一刻都豐盛精彩。
"To l ive healthi ly", we could say, is everyone's life goal, as well as the source of one's happiness. Sadly, people ignoring the fact that "health" should be their ultimate goal. In recent years, many people have died of diseases that are caused due the lack of attention. Unfortunately, both of my parents also passed away because of illness. My father died of stroke when I was young, and my mother then passed away due to cancer. When my father passed, my mother wished for me to do something In the future that would lessen the harm of chronic diseases. Because if one has experienced the loss of a loved one due to illness, it would scar one's life and impose great pain.
As I grew up, I realized the real blessing we're given is the gift of good health. Keeping oneself in good health is in fact a top priority when we talk about loving ourselves and our own family. Because of this belief, I’ve pushed all these years to work towards building a business based on health, and treasuring the health of my family. After all, health is everyone's biggest asset, if we're all willing to cherish our well-being, we'd all be able to live a fruitful life.
As one of the pioneers in natural therapy, I strive to proclaim the belief of "management fosters health", I hope all citizens would experience genuine balance, prosperity and harmony through this, so that we all can live a fruitful and healthy life.
