• e‐Catalogs are located within myUK via the Shopper tab

• Each catalog offers “Amazon” type Shopping Cart and check‐out

• FY 13‐14: 16,000 orders, 800 Shoppers

How Do I Get the Shopper Tab?Two requirements to receive the Shopper tab:

1. Complete online Training Request Form for Shopper

2. Complete the Shopper course through myUK Trainingonline. Can be completed in one sitting.

Shopper tab will appear in your myUK within 24 to 48 hours

Number of Departmental ShoppersThere is no limit or requirement for number of Shoppers per department.

Some departments use centralized procurement with few persons procuring goods.

Other departments empower end‐users to order items for their respective areas.

1. Delivery contact person, floor, and room number

2. The cost object that will be charged (a.k.a., cost center, grant, “account”, etc.)
