In accordance with sub-regulation 10(2) of the EIA Regulations, GNR543, June 2010, all interested and affected parties are hereby notified ofthe decision by GDARD to authorise this application, and your attentionis hereby drawn to the fact that an appeal may be lodged against thedecision in terms of chapter 7 of the EIA Regulations, GNR 543, June2010.
In accordance with the provisions of sub-regulation 60(1) of the EIARegulations, GNR 542, June 2010, a notice of intention to appeal mustbe lodged with the Gauteng MEC of GDARD within twenty (20) days ofthe date of this decision (21/05/2014).
