About the project : Located in Russia, the Yamal LNG project gives access to the immense gas resources of the Russian Arctic. It plans the drilling of more than 200 wells, 3 trains of LNG of a capacity of 5,5 million tons each, and the start-up of 16 methane carriers icebreaker of a capacity of 170 000 m3 each. Novatek leads the project (60 %) in strategic alliance with Total (20 %) and Chinese pension funds (20 %). Technip took part in the scheduling, in detailed engineering, in estimation and equipment supply works. Construction yards are located in China, in the Philippines and in Malaysia. Our interventions : More than 40 Vulcain consultants are currently working on this project. Calculation and design of structures, Instrumentation, Electricity, Transport and Logistics, Expediting, Piping Calculation & Design), Planning, Construction, Document Control, Reporting, Assistantship.

Power Project

About the project : Located 35 km away from Oran, the General Electric / ENERGIES GSS VINCI consortium takes care of this project : the thermal power plant of Boutlelis. This power plant will be equipped with 2 gas turbines in open cycle and will have a production capacity of 445 MW. Turbines will be supplied by General Electric. ENERGIES GSS VINCI will realize all the studies including the electric and mechanical auxiliaries, and will insure the supervision of the civil engineering, the construction and the network connecting. The control and command order is entrusted to Actemium (ENERGIES GSS VINCI). The cost of the project borders 228 M€. Our interventions :

General installation studies, HSE management, Military safety, Material management, Logistics, QA/QC, Purchasing.

Nuclear Project

About project : The reactor EPR ™ is the first reactor of Génération III +, under construction, of the French nuclear park and the 100th reactor commanded Areva. Flamanville 3 joins in a program of nuclear revival to renew the existing power plants before 2020. The accent was put on the environment and the safety(security): there will be no rejection(discharge) of CO2 in the atmosphere and an installation of four parallel and separate systems of protection(saving) is planned. The cost of the project is estimated at 3 billion euros and the project implementation will be effective in 2017. Our interventions : Piping Supervision, Methods of construction, E&I Supervision, Inspection, Quality control

Renewables Project

About the projet : This project consists in the installation and the exploitation during 20 years of a farm of 14MW, equipped with 7 marine turbines called OpenHydro. Three big phases compose this project: the technical design of the project and the development of the site as well as the administrative authorizations will take place in 2015, the phase of construction and installation are planned between 2016 and 2018, and finally the phase of exploitation which will continue over 20 years. The Normandy Hydro project answers three stakes: innovation (equipments of connection submarine), economy and social development and environment (inexhaustible renewable source of energy). This project represents an investment of 112 M€. Our interventions : Installation, Calculation, Design, Environmental Studies, Electric Architecture, Estimation, Planning, Work progress reporting, Interfaces management.

Infrastructure Project

About the project : The project consists in the regeneration of the bridge - rail of Resses implanted on the railroad line of Culoz-Modane. It is about a replacement of the existing decks because the latter showed numerous pathologies during the visits. The new decks will have an impact on the increase of the load applied at the level of the foundation. The strengthening of the central pile and the existing veered astern are thus necessary. Our interventions : Design studies of geotechnical works, Notes of calculation, Diagnosis and technical expertise on dispute and disaster, Development of tools and methods of calculation of the geotechnical works.
