A wide range of standard materials are available, including:
Cast iron / cast iron & cast iron / bronze fitted as standard
Ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or any other metallurgycombinations also available on request

Capacity: Up to 40000 m³/ h, higher flows available on request
Head: Up to 450 m
Discharge size: 100 mm to 2000 mm
Temperature: Standard 80 deg C, higher temperatures on request
Sealing: Packed gland and mechanical seal
Special coatings on pump components, provision for hook-up of Temperature and VibrationMonitoring System available on request.
Mechanical construction options:
Bowl assembly: Pull-out or non-pull out
Column assembly: Flanged column with open line shaft for self lubrication of lineshaft bearings or enclosed line shaft for external lubrication
Bearings: Antifriction bearings or tilting pad thrust bearing

Electric Motor
Fitted with thrust bearing to take care ofpump axial thrust . Optionally thrustbearing can be located in discharge bendassembly.
Stuffing Box Assembly
Ensures sealing of water from discharge bend.Optionally mechanical seal can be used inside the
stuffing box.
Solid Sleeve Coupling
Assembly for positive coupling of the shaft. Thecoupling is provided with split rings for
transmitting the axial thrust and keys for torque..
Intermediate Bearing Assembly
Line shaft bearing with sleeve & bearing retainer.
Suction Bell Mouth
Provides efficient flow into the eye of the first stage impeller.
Wearing Ring
Replaceable wearing ring as standard.
Line Shaft
Suitable for transmission of torque & axial thrust.
Flanged Column
Provided with strengthening ribs.
Discharge BendFabricated Mitre bend with flange rating as percustomer request.Below surface discharge also available.
Rigid Adjustable Coupling Assembly
Ensures efficient torque transmission with minimal losses &providing flexibility in alignment.
Impeller & Diffuser Bowl
Hydraulic profiles designed using in house design methods andflow analysis by CFD technology ensuring high efficiency& precision cast to ensure reliability with passages for smoothfluid flow. Design variants include semi-open impeller.
