Low Cost, Highly Functional Voice over IP Probe Voyager is a powerful, economical Voice over IP probe in a small and easily deployed form factor, targeted at deployment in Enterprise branch offices, workgroups, and other small groups of VoIP users. Voyager supports both passive and active VoIP testing and incorporates a passive tap for ease of installation. In addition to its passive monitoring component, Voyager includes an integrated active test agent that can place test calls to other Voyager devices, Telchemy DVQattest® test agents, or SIP-enabled endpoints such as IP phones and gateways, for advanced problem diagnosis or SLA monitoring applications. Voyager collects and reports call quality metrics for both live calls and test calls, including listening and conversational quality MOS and R factor scores and detailed, accurate jitter and packet loss measurements. Enterprise Applications Voyager is ideal for managing Voice over IP service quality in a branch office or workgroup, and with a cost that is comparable to an IP phone, is easily affordable for large-scale deployments.
