PROS Okaloosa County:
Using two colors particularly with red as a standout color on both
sides of the e elope see s to at h the oter’s attention- did see
improvement but it did not eliminate the problem altogether.
Taylor County:
One of the best decisions we made was to use the front notation
and large red arrow on the back of the envelope indicating where
the voter needs to sign.
CONS Orange County:
Despite Red o for the oter’s sig ature, still have a large number
of voters who do not sign the return certificate/envelope.
County Efficacy Comments
MISROUTED (Boomerang/Looping)
PROS Levy County:
Placing the Intelligent Mail Barcode on Front & Back stopped ALL
MBs from looping back to voter (although may not be proper by
USPS protocol).
CONS Pasco County:
Flap (as Brevard uses) caused huge issues, will never use again.
County Comments
OTHER
PROS Hernando County:
Adding red marking in the top left corner worked wonderfully in
making it easier to sort our returned VBM mail envelopes.
Pasco County:
Horizontal layout for inner envelopes works better for staff and
voters.
CONS Pasco County:
Peel & Seal inner envelopes do ’t seal if the get et.
