SUPREME PLASTISOL INKS

Vortex Premium Plastisol Inks are designed to be the best inks on the market. Vortex is a smooth surface matte finish ink designed for high production wet-on-wet printing. You no longer have to choose between quality and price! Get them both with this exciting new product line.

PRINTING TIPS

• For best results, follow theprinting guidelines listed below

• Avoid excessive squeegeepressure

• Using the correct underbase will enhance the print quality

ENSURE SUCCESS

• All Vortex ink should be stirred prior to use

• Always preform a fusion test prior to production to insure goodadhesion

100% cotton, cotton blends, and polyesters. Synthetics should be tested. To reduce the risk of dye migration, low bleed white underbase is required when printing on cotton blends, polyester, or polyester blends

*If printing the Low Bleed White on fabrics containing certain dyes, always test for the potential to ghost. Avoid stacking printed garments while hot.
