Great for high production wet-on-wet printing • Wide range of vibrant colors designed for easily transitioning from competitive brands • Superior ink at a great price PRINTING TIPS • For best results, follow the printing guidelines listed below • Avoid excessive squeegee pressure • Using the correct underbase will enhance the print quality ENSURE SUCCESS • All Vortex ink should be stirred prior to use • Always preform a fusion test prior to production to insure good adhesion 100% cotton, cotton blends, and polyesters. Synthetics should be tested. To reduce the risk of dye migration, low bleed white underbase is required when printing on cotton blends, polyester, or polyester blends Fabric Types 110-305 t/in Screen tension of 20-35 n/cm2 Mesh Additives 3% Maximum viscosity buster 10% Maximum curable reducer 5% Maximum soft hand additive 60-80 Durometer or 70/90/70 triple durometer Squeegee Direct emulsion - 2 coats per side Thick stencil - 200 - 400 micron capillary film Stencil Curing Instructions Gels – 230°F Cures – 320°F Entire Ink Film *If printing the Low Bleed White on fabrics containing certain dyes, always test for the potential to ghost. Avoid stacking printed garments while hot.
