1The University will provide services such aspublicising Groups on its website and in theAlumni Worldwide Directory, provide advice

and support to both new and existing Groups from theAlumni Relations Office, and hold regular Alumni Groupleadership training events.

2In consideration of the University disclosing the information, the Group agrees to providecontact details of at least one person to

be publicised on the CARO website and in the AlumniGroups Directory and, if possible, a representative toattend Alumni Group leadership events.

3If an Alumni Group is unable to provide the above, wilfully brings the University intodisrepute through its actions or is proved to not

be upholding the University’s core values, then theUniversity will cease to provide the services outlined.
