This is an absolutely brilliant figure, given that they have run fewer events over the year. Thank you and well done to this wonderful team of people who put so much effort and time in to a range of fund raising events. Thank you. 131 children have achieved 100% attendance this term. That’s 33% of the School. Well done! Keep up the great attendance everyone! (77 days were lost to holidays in term time.) Volume 73, Issue 288, 19 December 2018 – Christmas Goodwill Spirit T’was the Night Before Christmas The Staff treated the children to a performance of this Christmas classic. We are saying thank you and goodbye to Mrs Walker this term and welcome to Miss Ritchie in Year 4. Walking in the Air We were extremely lucky to watch a performance of The Snowman by Ensemble Reza this week. This very special event was paid for by the Friends of Bolnore Village Primary School through their fund raising. Thank you! Thank you Thank you to everyone who has been in to help in the School this term. Your time is so appreciated. Christmas Wishes On behalf of the Governors and Staff, we would like to wish all our families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for all your end of term good wishes and we look forward to working together in the Spring Term. Our Christmas Fair was really well attended but we know this meant that some areas were very crowded. We are already thinking about how to improve on this for next year, so that we can continue with this event. Having the Christmas Fair after school meant that more people could help, including our staff and children who loved running their Christmas stalls. Thank you, everyone, for your patience and support on Monday! Another successful Christmas event! Along with the Chocolate Tombola at the Woodside Christmas Fair, our ‘Pop Up’ Christmas Fair was a huge success. Together with the help of the children and staff, the Friends of Bolnore Village Primary School have raised a fabulous £1,637! Thank you to everyone who came along to either help or support at our Fair. A special thank you to Duffy’s and Co who sponsored this event. Our amazing Friends of Bolnore Village Primary School have raised an
