fellowship, skating or

playing games.

Snacks will be served.

NOTE FROM THE MISSION TEAM

We are collecting egg

noodles and canned vegetables

for Net Pantry during the month

of July. Food items are to be

placed in the Net Pantry box on

the office hall near the stairway.

Join the Choir for Christmas!

Do you love Christmas music? Have you

ever thought about adding your voice to

the Sanctuary Choir? We would like to ex-

tend an open invitation to all members and

guests of FBCT to join us for 4 Sunday re-

hearsals throughout the fall in preparation

for a Christmas Concert on December 4.

We will share a quick lunch after the morn-

ing worship service and then rehearse in

the choir room for about one hour. Child-

care will be provided. Of course, you are

always welcome to join our regular

Wednesday night rehearsals at 7:00 p.m. as

well. We will be singing many familiar and

favorite carols, so make plans now to be a

part!

Watch for the practice dates in future

publications.

2011 DEACON ELECTION The election for the new deacons will be held on

August 7 after the morning worship service. We will

be electing 7 new deacons. Please be in prayer for

the nominees during this time.

REMAINING FBCT YOUTH SUMMER 2011 SCHEDULE

July 9-15 Passport Camp Wingate, NC—We had such

a good time last year and this year is going to be

even better!!

July 28-31 Lake Trip—We are going back to Harriet

“Grandma” Faulkner’s house on Lake Chatuge for a

fun weekend. This trip will be a minimal cost to cover

transportation, t-shirt, and food.

This summer is going great and has been very busy.

If you are interested in helping out with the youth

group, please let me know. We always love your

help.
